Belvedere apartment is located in a prime location, at walking distance from village centre, shops, restaurants, Pescallo and ferryboats but still in a quite site. The private garden overlooks Pescallo and the Rockefeller foundation park with stunning lake view. The apartment that has been completed renewed in spring 2014 has 3 double bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 king size bed) with air conditioning and 3 baths with shower. On the ground main floor there are living area, open kitchen, master bedroom with inside bath, guest bedroom, guest bathroom. Laundry, king size bedroom and shower/tub bath are located in the basement with separate private entrance from the garden where different areas ( dining table, sofas, chaise lounge) allow to relax and to enjoy lake view and nature . Belvedere apartment is an ideal and convenient place for couples that wants to have a comfortable living space as well as for family and friend groups that prefer to have private bedrooms/baths and share common areas. Style and good taste characterize this charming apartment where details show all the love used to decorate it. A private parking space, appliances (dish washer , A/C, washing machine, dryer, hair dryers) and bath robes complete the property.

“wonderful and unforgettable vacation!!”
Everything we imagine, from the magnificent view to the outstanding apartment. The location for us was perfect, its a 10 minute walk to the center, but a pleasant one. We will surely be back next year… More
