What makes it unique is its location, slightly raised over the village, which offers an extraordinary view on Lake Como. The House, the swimming pool, the solarium overlooking this incomparable scenery. The suites are equipped with every comfort: kitchen with microwave, bathroom with shower, air conditioning and heating, safe, electronic key safe, satellite television, internet access, laundry room with washer and dryer, private parking. 2 supermarkets, Sports Centre and an equipped beach are just minutes away.
