Just 50 meters from the sea, close to a fantastic summer pedestrian promenade, in quiet area, is ideal for your relaxing stay. This wonderful studio apartment was recently renovated and is located on the first floor, no elevator. Within walking distance you have all the necessary services and excellent seafood restaurants and typical local dishes. You can move safely and forgetting car practicality, thanks to public services, bus stop and train station all within walking distance in minutes. From here you can easily reach all the most important places such as Oregon, with its Fair, Riccione, San Marino, Cesenatico, in no time. E 'consists of one room convertible living room / bedroom, kitchenette (equipped with utensils) sofa bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, toilet and shower with horizontal jets also. Moreover, in the calm summer evenings, you can relax in the fantastic large terrace, which even your four-legged friends will thank you and welcome.
