THE BEACH VILLA IS LOCATED ON THE BEST SANDY BEACHES ON THE EAST COAST OF MAURITUS. WE BASED ON OUR LOCATION AND ARE SURE THAT YOU WILL SPEND THE MOST SPLENDID HOLIDAYS THAT YOU HAVE EVER SPEND.

The villa is located in a gated complex with swimming pool and alarm with a beautiful garden. The property has a 24 hour security guard and very friendly to assist you for all your needs.The villa has got 3 bedroom 2 bathroom kitchen dinning room and living room.The villa has 3 balcony two facing the beach and one with pool view. To ensure that the villa is well maintained while you relax and have fun, we provide a maid for cleaning the villa on a daily basis (provided the stay is for a week minimum)

We can provide a maid to prepare your breakfast on daily basis from 8 to 9 am. We will provide free of charge the following items tea, coffee, bread , butter , cheese fruits and yogurt. However, you need to let us know at time of booking so that we make the necessary arrangements.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen that will be for your exclusive use during your stay.

Palmar is close to the Belle Mare Tourist village where the major hotels are located and is only 5 mins drive from the villa. There you can do shopping and also buy gifts for your friends. You can also go to the Central Flacq which is only 5 mins drive away or go to the busy Flacq market if you are looking for very local goods like handicraft and local

We can provide free transport from and to the airport for stay of at least 1 week

The property is situated next to le surfcouf hotel and is very close to Ambre hotel

Getting around

A car would be very useful to get around to the various attraction in the east coast. The capital city Port Louis is 35 kms from the villa and on your way your can also pass through the Pamplmousses botanical garden. If you prefer to drive close then the Central Flacq market would be the perfect place when you can buy local gifts.

Interaction with guest

If you have chosen to stay at our villa, you have made the right choice. We will be present from the day you arrive at our villa and we will be present to hand over the keys to you. The security guards who are permanently on site will be glad to assist you in any requirement you may have. A maid will come to clean the villa on a daily basis (for stay of a minimum 1 week) There is also a maintenance staff who is just a phone call away for any issue that you may encounter during your stay . Lastly, we as owners of the villa, we are also available to assist you of any issue that you may have.

“Lovely Island”

My partner and I stayed in the villa for 21 days during February 2016 and enjoyed a relaxing time. The villa was very clean and Moogda? the lady cleaner was very friendly and helpful as were her husband and daughter. We were a couple but if 6 people were staying there the kitchen facilities would prove challenging as they were basic and need up grading. whilst the bedrooms had A/C there is no unit in the lounge, only a very noisy cooler which was not adequate. It would also have been helpful if instructions for the TV and safe had been printed in English as I had to translate them into English on my tablet. The complex was very quiet and the pool was well maintained. A car was really essential to enable us to get to the supermarkets, mainly in Central Flacq, the restaurants in the surrounding area as well as to explore the island There are some lovely beaches nearby and we loved the beach area between Palma and Trou d'Eau Douce. This was our second time to Mauritius and we will certainly return in the future

“Visit to paradise”

Myself and two others shared the villa. Our stay was fantastic. Everything about the villa was as described and suited us perfectly. The housemaid was brilliant. She was so sociable and extremely thorough. We arranged with the owner a airport transfer and it was spot on. I left an item of clothing at the villa and the power sent it to me FOC which I thought was a nice gesture. We are going back again in December and shall definitely rebook the villa.
