Wonderful Vacation

Great villa; Large terrace and table where we could relax and work on our laptops while listening to the birds- Wifi was perfect. The pool is very private with no insight views and we enjoyed the cozy salon for barbecues. The maid prepared delicious currys! She told us what ingredients to buy and she organized the fresh fish from a local fisherman. It was not possible to walk to the beach, as there is no path, but too hot anyway... it takes only 3 minutes by car; You need a car, there are so many nice things to visit. Linen and mattresses are new and fresh, this was very important to us; the maid's service was really appreciated, it's like in a hotel...except that you don't have to share with others...? ? Le Morne is very special and villa Serena too, thank you very much, we will definitely come back! … see more
Blue Lotus Villas - Detached Villa in Flic en Flac
Family treasure.

The best experience on holiday with my 5 year old and 3 year old so far. Felt so welcome with the little snacks on the table which the kids loved. The rooms, toilets, kitchen and living area was clean and equiped with everything we needed...even chess board and some games. I really like how they had a pram that we use to take my 3 years old for a walk to the beach or buy fresh bread in the morning for breaky. It was very safe that I could relax near the pool while the kids play treasure hunts around the big garden. At night it was beautiful having BBQ under the stars and so quiet while sleeping. Everything was so close...beach, food store, Restaurant, bakery, fuel pump, shopping mall, even a drive on the mountain and visit all the tourist spot such as the chamarel, casela, la vanilla, Rochester falls...etc. People around was very friendly and always happy to help with directions. The beach and sand was so clean and lovely. The owner made sure we were comfortable and the kids were safe. Having a washing machine with laundry powder was a bless. At the other places I've been to, I always have to buy my own laundry powder and dish liquid too but here everything was available. I am already recommending my friends to stay there as it was value for money and best for kids :) … see more

Wonderful holiday at chez zaza

We (a family with three children of 18,17 and 15 years) had a wonderful 3 week holiday in July 2012 in the villa chez Zaza, belonging to the absolutly frienly and very nice owners Mr. and Mrs. Tennant! The house is perfect, situated in a huge parc, 5 minutes walk to a more or less private beach. We were warmly welcomed and there was no problem to get any sort of help from Mr. and Mrs. Tennant if needed. Our house was well cleaned once a day and if we liked, Marchesse cooked really good mauritian meals for us. Thanks for that!! Thanks as well to Dominique Berkmann who perfectly organised the transfer to the house and the airport, the rent of Mr. Tennants Picup and answered all our questions by mail before we came over. The weather was very good, 25 °C, sun, rain (in the nights, short showers during few days). There is a lot to see on Mauritius, we recommend this island! … see more

A place like heaven !

A wonderful stay, with a magic moment on the beach to renew our vows with all our friends from all over the world and a dinner under the coconut trees ! A great service thanks to Marceline (ask her for her carry zourite !!!). A magic place, plenty of flowers everywhere, you nearly forget to leave the house to go for visiting the island which is wonderful !
