Description

Beautiful villa  on the West Coast of the Island,  with  private pool  and housemaid. Accommodation for 6 persons.

The villa  is on rear side at the foot of Le  Morne  Brabant Mountain, which is a huge mountain in size with its magnificent forest, and an impressive one by its historical nature, and on front side by the beautiful and calm bay. Villa Alira has been furnished with delicacy by an specialised interior decorator. The Villa is ideal for a couple and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The white sandy beaches of Le morne are only 10mins walk from the Villa.

The Villa covers a surface area of 230 m² with a beautiful exotic garden of 1100 m², with a pool accommodate with sun beds, as well as a BBQ.

The 3 bedrooms are equipped with air condition. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is a within a suite. 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The trees and golf course prevent from a sea view, but the beautiful beach of Le Morne on the west coast is accessible by walk in less than 10 mins. 2 maids are at your service (inclusive in the price) for the maintenance of the house, washing, ironing, etc but not for cooking. Arrangement could be made for that purpose with the maid directly against payment.

The kitchen is well equipped. Bedding and towels are provided.

A DVD player, safe, alarm system, TV with Canal Satellite are other facilities provided.

The west coast is well known for big game fishing, kite surf and other sea sports.

We will be pleased to organize your airport transfers and arrange your car hire.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
