Description

The unspoiled beaches of Costa de la Luz are reached by car within 20 minutes easy driving. Cities like Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz or Jerez are within easy reach, which makes the situation of the village Benalup very special and ideal for those who want to be close to the beach but also visit the region. Villa Vainilla is situated in a private Golf resort (Benalup Resort) which hosts a 18 hole golf course and a 5* hotel with very good gastronomy and a fantastic Spa. In addition, our multi-language Service office is situated directely at the resort, so you have a contact partner for all your needs in situ.

Villa Vainilla is very spacious and the big, roofed terrace with barbecue is lovely. The large, private pool area offers lots of space to sunbath; a shaded area is also available. The terrace and the well-tended garden with old olive trees offer a stunning view over the landscape of La Janda and the directely adjoining golf course. The garden, pool and terrace nearly invite never to leave the house. Villa Vainilla offers with 4 bedrooms space for up to 8 people. There are three main bedrooms on ground level and two basement bedrooms available.

The ground level offer one bedroom that goes out to the pool terrace. This bedroom offers a double bed, satelite TV, mosquito frame and en-suite bathrooms with bathtub/shower, 2 sinks and toilet. The second bedroom is a twin room, also with exterior and mosquito frame in the door. The adjoining private bath offers a bathtub/shower, 1 sink and toilet. The third room offers a double bed, satelite TV and access to the exterior. The adjoining bath again with bathtub/shower, 1 sink and toilet. All three bedrooms offer airconditioning and curtains that block out light. In the basement you will find an additional, bright bedroom with double bed. It offers a spacious en-suite bathroom (with bathtub/shower, 2 sinks and toilet) and a outside door towards a patio with garden access. So even this room is situated in the basement, it is very bright.

The spacious, air conditioned living area with big glass doors and nice garden views offer a couch area with fire place and satelite TV, a dining area and a bar. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and gives access to the terrace. The barbecue is conveniently situated between the kitchen and terrace. Adjoining the kitchen, you will find a washing machine, a dryer and a separate entrance to the villa. In addition, there is a separate toilet in the entrance hall. As a lovely detail, the floor tiles show a different pattern in each room. The villa is ideal for all those that like active holidays with all comfort. There is airconditioning throughout the villa (except the simpler, fifth bedroom) and free WIFI is available in the living area.

The villa is situated on a quiet private road, cars are allowed. The car can be parked in the entrance to the house or on a parking space nearby.
