Description

This villa, located in Benaocaz, is ideal for 10 vacationers. It offers 5 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 June to 30 September, a furnished terrace and WiFi.

The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi and an iPod docking station.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, on the terrace enjoying views of the swimming pool and the mountains.

The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 4 including a double bed, and 1 including 2 single beds, The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a bathtub and a toilet. A separate toilet is available

The villa features cleaning products, a washing machine, ironing equipment and central heating.

Note that the cleaning and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site.

Parking is available nearby the location (some charges may be applied). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 15€ per pet per night. Parties are not allowed.

Firewood bags are available on request for an additional fee. Please note: the property is composed of two houses joined by the same main entrance. Please note: there are 3 rooms located on level -1. Meals based on organic products and local vegetables can be provided under request. Paddle can be booked next to the accommodation.

Casa en mal estado, con bastante suciedad en la cocina y dormitorios. La piscina tenia el agua de color medio verde y el fondo con bastante suciedad.
