Description
A tastefully designed beach side studio a part of 'Costa's Montage' situated at Benaulim, Salcette (South Goa) just a minutes walk from the Beach. It has a beautifully designed and maintained pool, garden & lawn and other flowering plants/trees. Centrally Air Conditioned, one bedroom, one bathroom cum toilet.
One very spacious sitting room cum dining room. Fully furnished Kitchen (Fridge, stove & microwave). Large open balcony. Cable television. Common swimming pool and a tennis Court.
Since the photos have been taken, there have been some changes in the studio. Now, there is a wall mounted plasma TV, a new refridgerator, reading lamps, a single sofa cum bed and a new cupboard with a safe in it.

A ground floor apartment. It has a spacious living cum dinning room is furnished with a sofa set, a coffee table, a wall mounted TV and a dinning table for four.
The kitchen has a granite worktop and is fitted with cupboards. It is equipped with a fridge, gas cooking stove, electric kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, glassware, cutlery and crockery.
Bedroom is air conditioned with a king-size double bed, space for hanging clothes & a cupboard for hanging & Storing clothes, and an additional matal cupboard with a inbuilt safe.
There is an additional single sofa cum bed in the living area.
The apartment has a nice long balcony that overlooks one of the central areas of the complex which has a tennis court.
We also have 2 bicycles that we give out on hire at an additional cost.

This comfortable, well appointed self catering holiday apartment is situated in one of Goa's most prestigious Holiday Home complexes – “Costa's Montage”, which is located by the Benaulim beach. Costa's Montage is a premium residential condominium, which houses arguably some of the most luxurious sea side apartments and villas in Goa, and is popular with a lot of visitors to this part of Goa.
The condominium is about a 100 meters of the road leading to the beach and is surrounded by fields on three sides & the beach to the west. Located within a ten minute drive from the city of Margao, which is considered the commercial capital of Goa, this tastefully decorated and furnished apartment is an ideal place to stay, whether you are travelling on business or pleasure.
The Holiday Home apartment is located around 30 kms. (40 minute drive) from the Dabolim Airport and around 7 kms. (10 minute drive) from the Margao Railway Station.

“Perfect palce to go iin Goa”

“Good location, lovely gardens and pool, easy access to beach and village.”
This apartment is well situated just a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and numerous restaurants. The gated complex is quiet and well maintained by friendly, helpful staff with 24 hour security. The apartment has TV, Wi Fi, aircon and an added bonus of 2 bicycles which we rode to some of the many beach shacks and the local shops. A cleaner visits every other day with fresh bedding and bathroom towels.

“Peaceful residential area”
Big and clean apartment in an overwatched residential area. 200 meters from the beach. The manager is a helpful and friendly lady. There is also a long swimming pool (around 25-30 m long) also clean.

“Great Place”
Took up a studio apartment for a week in November. Its a neat property, well maintained and a nice place to relax. Very convenient as it is close to the beach and also to the Benaulim marketplace.
