Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. All 3 Bedrooms in the house have Air Conditioning, 3 Bathrooms (2 en-suite), a terrace, an integrated garage space, back-up power supply, safe storage, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a water purifier.

The house is a part of a gated development that shares a central open space with a swimming pool.

Ground floor:

Perfect size for two chairs facing the central open space and the pool beyond.

Living+dining+kitchen

A open plan provides more space and a layout that brings in natural light. The kitchen has been recently fitted and equipped with all essentials to help you feel at home – fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, water purifier, electric kettle, toaster, and a few basic essentials in the fridge and cupboard.

The living and dining area accommodates a sofa set, coffee table, dining table and a television. The back door to the kitchen opens out on to a mini patio where you can barbecue (yes, we have a barbecue!) your favourite seafood.

Bedroom 1 (WC and shower adjacent to the room)

This ground floor bedroom is furnished with two single beds(or combined to form one large bed) shelves and a mirror - ideal for elderly guests or two friends/ children sharing a room.

First Floor:

Bedroom 2 (master ensuite with bath)

Furnished with a double bed, a newly fitted wardrobe with mirror, and shelves. French windows open out on to a private terrace that overlooks the central shared garden space and the pool - perfect for breakfast while basking in the morning sun. The bathroom accommodates a bath.

Bedroom 3 (ensuite with shower)

Furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe with a mirror. This room has a balcony/utility area that accommodates the washing machine.

Roof top Terrace

Adjacent to the staircase on the first floor is a terrace that looks on to the central shared garden space and the pool. Ideal for relaxing with a drink in the evening, reading a book during the day, or to simply dry your washing.

“A perfect holiday stay”

We have finally found and experienced stay in a fabulous villa in Goa. It has the perfect ambience of a relaxed holiday stay. It is in a secure gated community and walking distance to the Benaulim beach. All other tourist attractions in South Goa are very reachable from this location. We stayed for a week and on our last night, we even got a surprise home cooked chicken curry from our hostess Dina. This is going to be our designated stay for all future visits to Goa. This villa is highly recommended!

“Clean, spacious, friendly and great location”

I travelled with my 17yr old son and his friend of 19yrs and his parents. I found Elvina who will arrange your booking, more than helpful and efficient, even down to helping me with dress codes, food and places to see!! Her family who greet you at the villa and show you around are absolutely amazing. I have never stayed anywhere before with such a warming welcome and continuous concern for us throughout our stay. I felt like one of the family myself!! The villa itself was immaculately clean, great air con, even a couple of beers in fridge when we arrived!! The pool is cleaned every day and never busy. There is also water purifier in the kitchen which was handy. Location of the villa is superb too. Just on the edge of the main hustle and bustle so nice and quiet but only 1 min to first restaurant and few more to main shops, stalls and restaurants. Bit further to beach but still walking distance of 20mins of grab a tuk tuk for 50p!! Cannot fault this accommodation or owners and hosts even in the slightest. Best hosts ever!
