Description
Modern villa set in the hills behind Denia. Breath taking views over the Orba valley with orange and lemon groves to the sea at Denia. All you need for a comfortable holiday is provided. This is not a basic holiday rental but a home from home.
Open plan living and dining area with Air-con/climate control. Fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom with four poster bed and en-suite with corner bath and separate shower. Second bedroom with twin beds (can be turned into a double-bed) and adjoining bathroom. Self contained double bedroom with climate control air-con and full sized bathroom with shower. Large terraces with very private swimming pool. Covered dining area by the pool with seating for six and a gas BBQ. Lovely mature private gardens and quiet off road secure private parking. Lounge has climate control Air-conditioning and a 42" Flat screen LED TV with all UK channels. DVD player with around 200 DVD films. Open fire. Furnished to a very high standard.

“Relaxing holiday in an excellent villa.”
The views from the villa are stunning and you wanted to keep looking at them. We had a relaxing holiday here as a family (four adults, two teenagers). The villa and surrounding area are very peaceful but within easy reach from the airport, beach, supermarkets, restaurants and shops, with a car. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could need plus Ken's helpful folder. The quality of the bedding and crockery was excellent and it was great to have the TV, wifi, the DVD collection and we all enjoyed the pool. The welcome pack was enjoyed by all of us. When there was sand in the pool after a thunderstorm, Ken got it removed straight away. I think it should be mentioned in the villa description that there are 52 steps to the main living area from the road. So it's not just inaccessible to wheelchair users, it's also very difficult for infirm/elderly people or for those who have mobility issues. I'm being picky now, but it would be nice to have 6 loungers instead of 4. We noticed that there were 4 of most things but not 6; not that it stopped us enjoying ourselves. We had a fantastic time at your lovely villa. Thank you so much Ken.

“Perfect setting for a fantastic relaxing holiday”
The views from the villa will be something we will never forget. We had a perfect holiday here as a family (two adults, two children, along with our 18 year old daughter and her partner). The villa and surrounding area are very peaceful but within easy reach from the airport, beach, waterparks, restaurants and shops, with a car. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could need and the helpful folder that Ken left was like our bible. The teenagers loved the wifi and DVD collection and everyone loved the large pool. The welcome pack was welcomed and enjoyed by all of us. Ken, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your villa, the views and the lovely welcoming area.

“Wonderful”
We had a week at Villa Elizabeth in August. The villa is really lovely, there is everything you could need for your stay. Ken the owner is so kind and really helpful I would recommend this Villa and Ken to anyone. The area in Spain is also really good, you need a car to explore and go to the beach, but the people are so warm and welcoming. We are already planning our next stay.

We have just returned from a week in Villa Elizabeth and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in with everything you could possibly need provided by a thoughtful owner. Ken was extremely helpful before our trip and gave us lots of useful information to help make our holiday run smoothly. The stunning views from the elevated villa across the valley towards the see are captivating, We didn't stray far but both Denia and Jaxier are within easy distance and are lovely resorts. We hope to return.

“Perfect holiday villa”
Just back from an amazing week. The villa is beautiful, the views stunning and the location peaceful and tranquil. Could not have asked for more. The whole holiday was relaxing from the moment we arrived and the villa included everything you could possibly need whilst away. We all agreed that it is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in...we didn't want to leave! We know this area quite well and there is plenty to do and see nearby, but we were content to spend most of our time at the villa and just ventured out for food or trips to some of the less crowded beaches! It was incredibly hot whilst we were there, so the lovely breeze that this villa benefits from was perfect. Wish we were still there!
