Description

This lovely south facing flat is centrally located in a quiet residential area of Benidorm and suitable for families. It's a short walk to Benidorm's beautiful Levante Beach and promenade as well as cafes, shops, restaurants and bars in the old and new towns. It's on the 15th floor so it provides fabulous views of local mountains, sea and town. Recently modernised, light, spacious and tastefully furnished. Ideally sleeps 4 but can accommodate 5 people. It has a shared private garden with a clean and well maintained 20 metre swimming pool. Easy to catch buses to neighbouring towns. Holiday and long term lets are welcome. Rates vary on dates and durations. For long term rates are reduced. Areas of interest:• Short walks to cafes/restaurants in old town (10 mins) and new town (15 mins) • Lots of shops nearby include a supermarket "Mercadona"- 3 min walk.• Local bus stop for trips to towns such as Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Altea, etc.• Short drive to Villaitana Golf Course. Others in Alicante, Bonalba and Altea. Flat:• South-facing balcony is glassed-in (easy to open). A gorgeous sun-trap area.• Breathtaking views of Benidorm and sea from balcony. • Swimming pool is open between June to October and from 10:00 to 20:30.• Secure key operated front entrance to building. • Lift access to flat. Also provides wheelchair access from street to building.• Shared car park if needed. • WIFI Access is available from 3rd party providers which re searchable and operate on a pay as you go basis. • One double bedroom and one twin bedroom with wardrobes and furniture.• Air-conditioned lounge with sofa, easy chairs, large flat-screen TV. Can view English films on selected channels. • Modern walk-in shower, wash basin with mirror, bidet and toilet.• Duvets, linen and towels provided.• Managed by Phil who lives nearby and can quickly help with advice or problems. His contact number is in the flat. Transport:• Phil can taxi you between the flat and Alicante Airport for 50 Euros each way. Journey takes 45 minutes. When we are required to clean the flat on your day of departure we may ask you leave the flat before 11:00; likewise for arrivals that day we may ask you to wait until 15:00. Phil can arrange to look after your luggage if necessary. “Besties in Benidorm”

Apartment is just behind Hotel Princesca within easy walking distance to Old Town and Levante Beach. Apartment was clean, spacious and had a great view of the Med from a large balcony. There were lots of normal household products already there, such as bleach, toilet roll etc. This was a lovely touch and saved on the initial shopping we had to buy for our stay. Communications with Witek were first class and very quick in responding to any queries we had. Great Stay, just too short.

“Good apartment with great views in a good area ,”

Good location, with bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes away. The Levante beach is about a 10 minute walk, and the harbour area in the old town approximately a 15 minutes stroll. Witek the apartments owner was very easy to contact via phone or email etc, and was pleased to answer any questions . Our flight going out was delayed by 9hrs so I let Witek know and he arranged for a lady called Kiri to meet us with the keys at the apartment when we arrived (5.30 am). Witek and Kiri could not have been more helpful. Thank you Peter

“Second visit to this lovely apartment”

This apartment is lovely. Situated in a residential block, everyone you meet is really freindly. The location is excellent - a short walk and you are into the thick of it. There is a large supermarket behind the apartment so easy to stock up. The apartment itself is cracking. Well appointed, immaculate and light and airy with great views out to sea. Cannot fault it - which is why we will be returning next year!!

Great apartment, great location. 5 minutes gentle stroll down to Old Town, couple of very reasonably priced bars on the way with typical British fayre. Would happily stay here again.
