Description

The Blue Sky Apartment is a fully renewed and furnished apartment with breathtaking views over the sea and the city of Benidorm, located in a flat area of the Rincon de Loix (so you won't have to climb hills), the most lively and entertaining area of Benidorm, just few meters from Levante beach and the well known Morgan Tavern.

It comes fully equipped (washing machine included) so you will feel at home. Ideal for both short and long stay. It offers a bathroom with 24 hours hot shower, a beautiful fully equipped American Style open kitchen with an oven and a microwave, a living room with a 49" smart TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime so you will feel at home and it will also be perfect for work, a bedroom with a comfy and large double bed or 2 single beds and a large wardrobe.

An outdoor swimming pool and a secured parking are also offered free of charge to all our guests.

Free fast 300Mb fiber optic internet WiFi is also available.

TV channels available are: Spanish Movistar channels and English channels like BBC 1, BBC 2, BBC 4, ITV 1, ITV 2, ITV 3, ITV 4, Channel 4, Channel 5, TV3 Ireland, BBC Scotland and many more.

Bed sheets and linen are provided for free and in the apartment there are also 2 safe deposit boxes and an air conditioning/heater unit.

To offer all our guests peace of mind along with comfort, the Blue Sky Apartment has been recently equipped with a smoke and carbon monoxide detector.

Should you require the use of the air conditioning/heater unit, 5 euros extra per day will be required.

Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges:

- From 21:00 to 22:00, EUR 10;

- From 22:00 to 23:00, EUR 20;

- From 23:00 to 00:00, EUR 30;

- From 00:00 to 01:00, EUR 50;

- From 01:00 to 02:00, EUR 100.

Check-in after 02:00 is not possible.

Early check-in is subject to availability and carries the following extra charges:

From 12:00 to 15:00, EUR 20;

From 09:00 to 12:00, EUR 30

The English TV is available upon request and carries a cost of EUR 20 per stay.

Response from the owner Dear Margaret, we are very astonished to get what it's the first complaint of this kind about our bedroom. It is indeed a small bedroom, as showed on the pics, but actually it has got enough space for a couple and plenty of space where you can store your belongings and clothes (there is a wardrobe with drawers and hangers) in front of the beds and another wardrobe behind the beds. When you checked in, you did not report to us any issue with the bedroom and so it was all along your stay. You only reported to us that the apartment was a bit cold and that you wanted an heater. We replied that the heater was available for an extra 5€ per day (as mentioned on our property page). We did not get any reply from you, even to our following couple of emails, so we believe you got upset because of the fact we were not offering the heater for free and decided now to leave us such an unpleasant review. Our guests are very important to us, this is why we are offering what we think it's a very comfortable and fully equipped apartment where all our guests will feel at home. Problems can arises but for that we kindly ask our guests to be cooperatives and we will be happy to help and find solutions.

just got back after three weeks stay at the blue sky apartments benidorm. fabulous apartment with everything you could want . on the doorstep of all the bars,supermarkets,beach etc. allissandro was suberb as the owner no problem contacting him if you needed too. had the sun all day from the apartment. british t.v. with all the channels you could think of. sport,movies, soaps etc. would definately recommend this apartment 10/10.

the disable ramp to this apartment is unusable for a disabled person i have a motorised scooter and my husband had to push me up the ramp as it is so steep when you get to the top there is no room to … More

Response from the owner I was not aware of disability of guests. My apologies for it. Bedroom is clearly showed on the pics, where size and gaps are clearly understandable; obviously not ideal for disable guests but good size for most of guests. Sofa bed is a brand new one so surprised about this comment. The apartment comes with fast internet connection and satellite tv. English channels are: BBC, CNN, Fox News, AlJazeera, Bloomberg. However, most of the channels can be easily switched to english language when watching a movie. I explained to these guests how to do that by remote control. The statement that no english speaking people are available is completely false. I personally responded via text messages to all of their queries in english language and for all their stay.
