Description

This is a quality apartment with a cosy atmosphere and a great balcony with seaview(250m from sandy bay). Everything is on walking distance(shops, malls, restaurants) and everywhere there is WIFI available, also in the apartment(if you wish). The apartment is completely refurbished with flatscreen TV(satelite), microwave/oven, new bedlinnen, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Airco(hot/cold/invertor).Washing machine and iron available.Beautiful seaview in quiet area. 6th floor of seven in total.Beautiful garden with large swimming pool + children swimming pool.

Elevators + various entrances to the complex. Also for less able-bodied people.Bathroom completely renewed with a large walk in shower. Small pets allowed, Smoking allowed but only on balcony.Benidorm on walking distance.Albir, Altea,Calpe,Jalon and Guadelest in the nearby area.

“Lovely holiday”

Just had a two week holiday here and had great time. The apartment was ideal for what we wanted. It was very comfortable and in secure grounds. The pool was a decent size and did get a bit loud with young teenagers jumping in the pool but no loud music. The place is a distance from Benidorm centre but that wasn’t a problem as it’s only €1.50 each on the bus to old or new town. The nearby restaurants and bars provided excellent food and entertainment so you don’t need to go into central Benidorm if you’d rather not. The supermarket nearby is excellent value and the beach is less than 5 mins walk. I would definately return

How do damage deposits work?
