Comfortable, modern, full of light one bedroom apartment is located in the new building just several minutes of walking to the sandy beach of La Cala. It has air condition in all rooms, free private covered parking, and a swimming pool.

The surrounding area is well developed and has all possible object of infrastructure. In the nearest proximity, one finds a lot of shop and restaurants, several supermarkets, banks, public transport stops and local vegetable market.

In 15 minutes walking distance there is a large Mall La Marina and hypermarket Carrefour.

The entertainment parks and centre of the city could be easily reached by bus.

Photo identity documentation should be submitted before arrival at the property as per regulation 933/2021"

“Loved our stay once again”

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and we still love it. Close to everything, and so well equipped. We just love it, and looking forward to staying again next yar

“wonderful stay”

My wife and I have just returned from a 3 week stay here. the apartment is not in the centre of Cala Finistrat but only a few minutes to the beach, plenty of supermarkets for food and restaurants. it has a lovely big balcony which is sheltered but is south facing and was wonderful to have all our meals on. There is no english TV channels but the wifi is super and we were able to watch netfix and amazon without any problems. Natalia arranged our transfer to and from the Airport which was seamless and was really helpful. We are already planning our holiday next year there this time for a month.

“Lovely apartment extremely well resourced”

The apartment is well located for the quieter Cala de Finestrat beach with its bars and restaurants. It is a long walk to Benidorm old town (at least 6km) but there are buses frequently. This makes it good to stay in a quiet spot, but the Benidorm night life is a short taxi ride away.
