Two bedroom restored farmhouse set in a beautiful valley overlooking the vineyards and the village of Benitachell with mountain backdrop.Sleeps 4.with 2 bedrooms en-suite. Private pool 9m x 5m with sunbathing terrace. Benitachell village is 2kms, with 2 supermarkets, and a few bars and restaurants This villa is not on an urbanisation and has no adjacent neighbours to ensure your full privacy.

“Lovely Villa in a Great Location”
Well, we had to go back again... We absolutely love this place! The villa is lovely, as is the wonderful private pool. It's perfect for what we want and is in a lovely, quiet and peaceful spot. We love the recent renovations and look forward to seeing what is planned next. Eric is extremely helpful and a very nice chap too, and he's always there if you need him. See you soon Eric....

“Wonderful!”
Stayed for two weeks at this lovely villa at the end of August '15. It was wonderful! Very peaceful and quiet, well away from any hustle and bustle but still only a very short drive from the lovely beaches of Javea and Moraira, and a short walk from the local amenities of the beautiful Benitachell. The villa was just as described and perfect for a family of four and Eric was very helpful and friendly as well. Will definitely go back...

“Lovely villa, great pool, comfortable stay”
We enjoyed our stay at Eric's villa and would happily book it again. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the electrical goods you need, however there seemed to be a shortage of matching plates, cups and cutlery if you had 6 people staying. The decoration and general state of the building could do with a bit of updating, but the villa did feel very homely. The location is a bit out of the way but lovely and quiet and not overlooked. Our major disappointment was the ability to access even the basic English channels on the TV. The swimming pool is one of the best we've had in the 30 years or so we've rented villas in Spain for our summer holidays. Overall the good points certainly outweighed the negatives. And Eric is very helpful! Thanks Eric

Response from the owner Satelite dish upgraded, now has perfect reception on all UK channels all of the time instead of 90% of the time as before. Crockery and cutlery all replaced with new matching set.

“A little country gem”
Situated in an ideal rural area the villa is within easy reach of shops, restaurants and beaches, but with such a lovely pool area and countryside views why would you need a beach? An ideal rental for a family or adults it has all that one could ask for the money, we have rented this property on a number of occasions and have enjoyed every stay there, so go and enjoy this individual villa with it's lovely view away from the crowds,

“Peaceful and Tranquil”
We have stayed at Valle Verde 3 times now and each time we have had a very peaceful stay. The view from the front of the villa is of a green valley, Valle Verde is Spanish for green valley, with grapes and crops growing. The villa has everything you need to stay in with a fully equipped kitchen. In the lounge has a satellite TV. For us we hire a car. There is a big supermarket about a ten minute drive as are 2 petrol stations. Moraira and it beach is about a 20 minute drive away. We are going to stay again in 2016, that tells it all. We are a married couple of 53 and 70 years so, for us it is ideal. Eric is on hand if you need anything and is very friendly and helpful. He is also an English gentleman so there is no language barrier. Give it a go, you will not disappointed.
