Situé au 5, rue des Sables (rue calme) , proche Hôpital Calot et Calvé ( moins de 200 m).10 min à pied de la rue commerçante « Carnot » et à 200 m de l'esplanade Parmentier (front de mer).Vous êtes les pieds dans l'eau…. Passez un agréable moment chez nous grâce à sa localisation qui vous permet de tout faire sans véhicule, et au calme. T2 tout confort au RDC d'un petit immeuble de 4 appartements, idéalement situé dans les dunes. Chambre avec lit 140/190 sommier et matelas neuf très confortable, penderie, tv et un lit parapluie un rehausseur deux en un et un réducteur de toilette enfant. Salle d'eau avec douche , meubles avec lavabo et WC ,Coin Salon avec canapé lit marque dublin, TV écran plat, table basse et chauffeuse, Coin Séjour avec une table recevant 4 personnes,kitchenette entièrement équipée : évier 1 bac, cuisinière avec four et plaques de cuisson, micro-ondes, frigo/congélateur,lave inge, cafetière classique et senseo, vaisselle de cuisine avec les ustensiles. Nous vous souhaitons un agréable séjour chez nous.
