Holiday House "PROCIONE"
Noiseless flat within a historic house early 1900 , recently renovated, is located in the center of Bergamo, surrounded by shops, pubs, restaurants and bus stops, a few steps from Porta Nuova and Via XX Settembre, the shopping street!
WE ARE IN THE HEART OF OUR WONDERFUL CITY !!!
The flat with exposed beams and high ceilings, is between the first and second floor, and consists of: one bedroom (1 double bed), living room with large sofabed / kitchen , bathroom with shower (the apartment is of 45 square meters.).
About free parking, will be able a free pass to enter in the ZTL areas and park in areas reserved for residents ( orange sign ).
Fully furnished and equipped features: TV, ADSL connection professional (LINKEM), washing machine, linens and towels, pets allowed.
Rates 2017
From 40 € up to 68 € / day (4 days minimum) with weekly cleaning and linen change.
Price depends on length of stay and number of guests.
Tourist tax excluded ( 1,5 - 2 €/day for people over 15 years )
Children under 3 are for free.
