L appartement de 69 M2 est spacieux, moderne dans résidence sécurisée, comprenant 3 pièces: 1grand salon salle à manger de 38m2 avec cuisine américaine donnant sur terrasse, 2 chambres avec literie neuve pouvant accueillir 4 personnes confortablement ou 6 temporairement(canapé salon).

Compositions et équipements :

- la grande pièce à vivre est composée : d une cuisine toute équipée (lave vaisselle, plaques induction, frigo congel, four, hotte, micro ondes, grille pain, bouilloire, cafetière)... et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.

Puis de la salle à manger composée d une table avec 6 chaises, donnant sur la terrasse,

Enfin du coin salon avec canapé d angle convertible, de 2 fauteuils, d une table basse, et équipée d une télé led et d un lecteur dvd.

-2 chambres avec placard mural ( lit de140cms dans chaque chambre)

-1 salle de bain/ baignoire

-1 buanderie avec LAVE linge, étendage ,planche et fer à repasser

L'appartement est à 10mn à pied du centre et de la plage dans un quartier résidentiel, commerces à 200m,

De plus navette(petit bus) gratuit à 200M pour vous rendre à divers endroits de Biarritz.

Les réservations se font du samedi au samedi en Juillet et Août, possibilité de louer 3 nuits minimum en dehors de cette période.

Les arrivées se font avant 19H, cependant l'heure peut être plus tardive sur demande.

Une caution de 1500€ vous sera demandée à l'entrée dans l'appartement, cette caution n'est pas encaissée et sera restituée à la sortie des lieux et un relevé de compteur EDF sera fait à l entrée et le supplément de consommation sera réglé en fin de séjour si consommation chauffage d'après relevé début et sortie des lieux.

Response from the owner Nous sommes désolés de l avis exprimé par Mr Caule, L appartement est situé en ville donc il y a toujours un peu de bruit d autant qu il y a une déviation jusqu'à mi juin sur cette route, L électricité était due pour le chauffage que vous aviez consommé, comme il est écrit dans l annonce , et simple à calculer. Dommage que vous ne m ayez fait aucuns retours négatifs avant et que vous ayez cet avis à present! Nous regrettons vivement ce manque de dialogue
