This converted barn is all on one level, is situated near the Devon town of Bideford and can sleep two people in one bedroom.The Bushel is a comfortable rural barn conversion situated on a working farm near the Devon market town of Bideford. The barn sleeps two people and has one double bedroom with an en-suite, a sofa-bed and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Outside is seating on a front patio, a shared garden and lakes for fishing. The Bushel provides a cosy, comfortable and rural retreat for a couples getaway.
Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV, Wifi, DVD. Sofa bed. Fuel and power inc Bed linen and Towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front patio area with seating. Shared garden with barbecue. Lakes with fishing. One pet welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times due to livestock £30 p/w. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 3 miles. Coast 5 miles.
Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: Straddling the Torridge estuary, the quaint bustling town of Bideford boasts a medieval bridge, town quay, quaint pannier market and vibrant shopping area - all well worth a visit. For the more active, several major surfing beaches, golf courses, theme parks and other attractions are nearby and the South West coast path passes close by on its way into Cornwall. The beautiful cliff-top fishing village of Clovelly is half an hour by road, and the delights of Exmoor and Dartmoor can be reached in under an hour. Surf the waves, stroll through pretty villages, wander along the Tarka Trail, visit a famous garden or have some fun at one of the local theme or farm parks its all on the doorstep.
