Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

This charming home comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain escape. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear just a short drive to the slopes, lake, Village, and more!

LIVING SPACE - Comfortable 900+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Recently renovated with new countertops, this kitchen has everything you need. Enjoy the stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - TVs with YouTube TV, fast WiFi, and a Blu-ray DVD player, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace in the winter months. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
