Description
Create wonderful memories with family & friends in our inviting 5 bedroom/4.5 bath "Family Bearadise". Located on a 3/4 acre wooded and fenced lot in the beautiful Fox Farm neighborhood at the east end of the lake, our home is perfect for large groups who want time together, but plenty of separate space both inside and outside, including 7 person hot tub, and Alpine play set and backyard snow slope for kids. Walk to shops and restaurants, 5 min. drive to Village and Pine Knot Marina, 2 min. to ski shuttle lot and snow play.
You'll have fun times in our Great Room with its 25 foot knotty pine ceiling, wood burning fireplace, game area (air hockey, pool, ping pong, foozball), 48" flatscreen TV, plus plenty of room to spread out at the large dining area. The rest of the downstairs includes the fully stocked kitchen, breakfast room, laundry room, plus 1 bedroom (King bed) and full bath. Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms (3 King beds; 1 Queen; 4 twin trundles) and 3.5 bathrooms. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Total sleeping (in real beds in real bedrooms!) for 14.
Outside you'll find expansive decks on both levels. The bottom deck has a firepit seating area, 7 person hot tub, loads of lounging space, plus a dining area with BBQ . The upper deck is accessed via an outside staircase, as well as from two of the upstairs bedrooms. Enjoy relaxing in the hammock or having morning coffee or a meal at the dining table "in the trees."
The home has been decorated with love, lots of comfy furnishings and interior decorator touches. Our 'Beauty & the Beast' wall library is full of books for browsing, puzzles, kid and grown-up games, and toddler toys and equipment such as booster seats and Pack'nPlay).
Big bonus - loads of off street parking, including room for boat.
