Description

Villa Chelo is situated 5 minutes walk from Binibeca beach in a quiet residential area. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twin beds. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and 2 with showers.

There is a large, well equipped kitchen (with a table and chairs in it) and a separate utility room. The living room has 2 sofas and has satellite TV.

The private pool to the rear is 10m by 5m, it is in a secluded, sheltered position. There is also a large hot tub on the patio. In addition to the patio surrounding the pool area there is a raised patio area suitable for games.

The front veranda is equipped with a large table and a built in barbecue and overlooks the well tended front garden.

The driveway can accommodate two cars. Although a car is not necessary as there are plenty of amenities within walking distance, one is recommended. Journey time from the airport is 20 minutes and in 2017 a taxi costs about 30Euros each way.

The usual check in time is 2pm and check out time is 9:30am but these times can be flexible dependant upon other arrivals/departures.

“Perfect villa for a quiet holiday .”

The villa is a good size . Pool is perfect for those lazy days and the villa has every thing you will need .The beach is at the bottom of the road. There are two supermarkets close by .

“A wonderful place”

This Villa is one of the nicest places I have been to. Over the years we have had wonderful family holidays in Menorca and the island is wonderful. Binibeca likewise. There's lots of things to do nearby, the veranda is a wonderful setting for a BBQ, and watching the stars in the night sky as you sit in the Jacuzzi is truly marvellous. The pool is a lovely size and the bedrooms likewise. I can't wait to return, and hopefully take future generations of my family to this gorgeous villa so I can make new memories there. Thank you so much for such a lovely setting to such a lovely holiday.

“Close to the beach”

Good sized property , large pool area and veranda with brick built barbecue . Great location only short walk to the sandy beach, which would be ideal for small kids .
