MARTINS COTTAGES - Baytree

Chichester Harbour village in an ANOB

BAYTREE is a Five Star Gold Award self catering holiday cottage. It is attached to FOXGLOVE, an identical cottage.

SLEEPS FOUR guests in two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms

UPSTAIRS - large double bedroom with new Hypnos super king bed. Large balcony with views over meadow. There is an adjoining luxury bathroom

DOWNSTAIRS - twin bedroom with en suite shower room with loo and wash basin

LIVING ROOM is spacious. Luxury limestone floor with under floor heating.

KITCHEN - well fitted with large fridge freezer. Electric hob and oven. Granit work tops

PARKING Plenty of off road secluded private parking

GARDEN - two sets of glass double doors lead onto a sun soaked terrace.

The cottages are set in a four acre meadow well back from a quiet country lane.

Views across the meadow with trees behind are stunning

On the Saltern's Way cycle route

Ten minute walk to the Chichester Harbour and two marinas

3 miles to West Wittering's sandy beach

We had a lovely stay here. The cottage was comfortable, very warm and well equipped with plenty of thoughtful extras. I would thoroughly recommend it for a relaxed and quiet holiday.

Delightful few days in Baytree cottage. Very well equipped with extremely comfy beds. Under floor heating meant the whole place was very cosy and the location is perfect for exploring West Wittering and Chichester. Would strongly recommend.
