Description
The charming and well appointed luxury villa with private pool is nestled on a unique, elevated spot inside the picturesque bay,with amazing sea views and sunsets. Located quiet within walking distance to the village and also a good point from where explore lovely places, restaurants ,shops,as wel as historical values and natural beauties on this attractive island.
The irresistible piece is the wanderful swimming pool ( 13 x 5 m), set in a most fantastic and secluded position overlooking the bay. And yet 50 m below there is a stone beach with a jetty from where to swim or rent a boat and explore lovely coves nearby.
The lovely and well appointed interiors, superb, terraced , beautiful, extensive ( 3000 m2) garden all around , covered terraces with stone barbecue, and scent of mediterranean plants will relax you with a wanderful feeling of privacy.

Villa consists of two parts : luxury two bedrooms main apartment with open gallery, and a smaller guests anex. Comfortably decorated interiors are made with natural materials as stone, wood, cotto and every detail has been thoughtfully chosen. The living area is delightful-cool and spacious with comfortable sofa and armchairs,stereo system and lovely fireplace. A dining area only three steps above, with dining table and chairs is open to the well appointed kitchen.
Large windows and glass doors provide a splendid sea view, and access to covered terraces and garden.The wooden staircase leads you up to the gallery that overlooks the living/dining area. A sofa,library,little table and desk are comfortable refuge.
Beautiful sea views from all bedrooms from the villa ,also from a smaller guest anex. There are two bedrooms lovely living area with open kitchenette.
All the living areas have direct access to covered terraces and a splendid bay view.

The house is set in a huge (3000 sq.m.) beautiful , terraced garden. Manicured palm and pine trees, olive and peach trees shade the lush green lawns with a profusion of lovely tended flowers.
The extensive covered and stone terraces all around the house - with comfortable teak and bamboo furniture, and pool with natural green shade and parasols will take care of the heat while you take a break ...from everything.
The wanderful swimming pool (13 x 5 m) with jacuzzi and the stream , overlooking the sea, faceing south, is pleasantly warm during the whole season.
An outside barbecue near the pool and the stone table are the perfect spot for alfresco dining.
A private parking is secured for your cars inside the property.
The garden and the pool are discretly nurtured by the owners , who stay in a separate house on the property.

“A fantastic holiday”

“Views go on forever”
We spent a week in this villa and loved it. It felt like staying at Grandma's house as furnishings were eclectic yet comfy. (The mattress we slept on could use an upgrade and the towels in the house were just ok, but neither is a deal breaker for this special home.) The towels poolside, however, were very nice. Speaking of the pool, it was my favorite part of our stay. It is the best, most spacious private pool I've ever been in. And the view from the pool was wonderful. The landscaping of the villa is just amazing. Stone steps and nooks, beautiful flowers and plants and stunning views were everywhere. Sitting on the covered, shaded porch looking out over the quiet bay, watching sailboats glide by was pure relaxation and welcome respite from the heat. Tanya put us in touch with a gentleman who rented us a great little boat for the week. What fun that was, puttering around the local area and stopping to snorkel in the clear blue water. Tanya and her husband were gracious, friendly hosts. We would dearly love to return someday.

“Unbeatable location in a gorgeous bay with fabulous views”
Having spent a week on a sail boat (which was great but busy), this was a perfect way to completely unwind. This house has a unique location - with a lovely and shaded garden from which various comfortable vantage points give different views of the beautiful bay below. The pool is perfect and well sheltered but again with its own lovely view. The delightful owners are on hand when you need but we always felt that we had the property to ourselves. If you are looking for some peace, wonderful views and plenty of room, I cannot recommend Villa Anna more highly. In terms of amenities, Wifi was good, AC which covered the whole house worked well and gave good respite from the hotter days. We made extensive use of the BBQ and kitchen. Tip: we rented a boat (you do need a license in Croatia) for the week which was moored on the house mooring boy at the bottom of the steps; we had a lot of fun with it, exploring local bays and getting over to Milna - I would recommend getting a larger engine (50HP+) to explore more of the island. Also ignore the journey times on Google Maps. Trip to Bol (not really worth visiting) for example was just 25 mins.

“The perfect holiday”
This was to be my 60th birthday/retirement holiday with my wife, 2 sons and their partners, hoping to recreate the holidays we so much enjoyed when they were boys. We were not disappointed in any way, the accomodation was exceptional, the views from the various patios were endless, the pool was superb. We also took the boat hire option and had huge fun messing about in the bays, snorkelling in the crystal clear water or just exploring the various coves and beaches. The owners, Tania and Mladin were the nicest people,not at all intrusive but there if you needed them. Would we go back again.....definitely, we all agreed it was the best holiday ever.

“Dream House in dream location”
We wanted a great family vacation with our children (Parents 60+, children 30+) . Villa Anna is a perfect place for a larger group, everybody finds his spot in the beautiful garden, poolside, porch. It was always the question to stay at home or still to leave the property for a few hours to visit the surrounding lovely harbor towns. The younger generation loved the pool which is very well kept, I still preferred to swim in the sea, which you reach about 100 steps going down.On the 2 rainy days we enjoyed the really cozy house. The pictures in the brochure are real, maybe reality is even better! The owners are most helpful (met us for pickup, would bring some of us with the car to Supetar, where the ferry leaves).It is probably hard to find a better place near the sea.
