Villa Poseidon is a fantastic modern holiday home for families seeking relaxation by a large Private Pool in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood and also wishing to be in close proximity to a very lively Town Centre.
This beautiful Villa and its location offer just that.
You can enjoy the Villa and relax by the large pool and when you wish, in no time, you can find yourself embraced by the offerings of Touristic Central Bodrum ( bars, restaurants, shops,beach, the seafront, the Castle and the Marina...).
The historic and hugely popular Bodrum Town Centre is within easy reach (10 minute flat walk) to discover its history, riches and joys.The Town Centre is also the place to go for services provided to further discover the splendid Bodrum Peninsula and surrounding areas.
This Villa is a three-storey HOLIDAY HOME :
LOWER GROUND FLOOR is accessed from our private road through a remote-controlled secure garage. It has a large double room,a bathroom,a utility room and a flight of stairs leading up to the Ground Floor.
GROUND FLOOR accommodates the sitting room ,the kitchen and dining area with doors to a large balcony,and a cloak-room.This Floor is accessed from our private road through a metal gate and travertine steps that lead up to the main entrance door, as well as to the Balcony and the Pool area.
TOP FLOOR has three bedrooms,a large balcony and two bathrooms,one being en suite.
The Large Private Pool is 4mX10m with plenty of sunbathing area and sunbeds.The shallower oval end is 1.35m and the square deeper end is 1.75m deep.
The marked location of the Villa on the "Map" in this advert is quite accurate ( Google Earth coordinates : 37 02' 12.36 N , 27 26' 38.14 E).
There is a "Breakage Deposit" of €500 to be paid cash on arrival.
This deposit is normally refunded before departure in case of no damage.
Electricity consumption is paid before departure and the charge is calculated with the local rate (the electric meter will be read on arrival and departure). Consumption could vary daily from €5 to €15 depending on number of guests and usage for the summer months.
Optional standard mid-holiday cleaning fee is €100.
There will be no additional cleaning fee charged at the end of holiday, provided that the Property is left reasonably clean and tidy.
No charge will be made for the use of water.
The Villa will be ready for guests after 4 pm on arrival day.Check-out time is by 10 am on departure day.Alternative arrangements are to be negotiated with the owners.
The Private Pool is unheated and will normally be functional from 1st of May till end of October (ie not normally operational from 1st of November till 1st of May).

English/Turkish-speaking and privacy respecting owners live across the road from Villa Poseidon and will be more than happy to help you or answer any queries that you might come up with in relation to your holiday ideas.The owners will also be taking care of the pool, the garden and the plants for you.

“Great Place”
The Villa Poseidon was quite a nice place to stay whilst we visited Bodrum... It was close enough to walk to the main town approximately 10 - 15 minutes depending on your pace.. Though it was far enough to keep you at bay from all the hustle and bustle of the Bodrum Nightlife in the Town that would probably keep you awake :)... The Villa was quite clean and spacious with 4 bedrooms and quite a few toilets and bathrooms.. also had a large kitchen which was fully equipped for any type of Chef that was ready to take it on .... The Balcony in front of the KItchen was used quite often for breakfasts as it was quite nice to sit out there in the mornings... There is a garage for you to park your car if you wish to rent one but we decided to have a driver instead ( who wants to drive on holidays )... The Pool was a great bonus for the kids as they made use of it to cool of after a hard day of exploring or shopping ... Mustafa a Nina were Great hosts and we would recommend the villa to anyone visiting Bodrum

“Great Villa in good location”
We stayed here for 2 weeks - the villa is well equipped and the pool is ideal for family groups of all ages. The town centre is only 15 minutes easy walk away and local supermarkets and restaurant's are within a 5 minute walk. The area is quiet but the lively waterfront is close enough to havea late night and a walk home. Fully recommended.

“Incredibly spacious with wonderful outdoor pool and dining area”
We visited Villa Poseidon a few weeks ago and had a lovely stay. We were a group of five ladies (all in our early thirties) looking for some sunshine and relaxation away from the stress of London living. The reason we chose the villa was it's proximity to the centre of Bodrum and the size and space, the decent size pool was a big draw too. It didn't disappoint. It was immaculate and we had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable there are four bathrooms with new suites. (There's also a garage- we hired a car so it was most useful) The owners live opposite, gave us a warm welcome and were on hand if we needed them but left us to our own devices. This time of year is perfect weather wise- we had warm sunshine nearly everyday and it was around the mid-late thirties. Bodrum itself was pretty quiet. Apparently most tourists (Turkish and foreign) have left by this time of year. This had its perks and downsides. If you're looking for nightlife then it's there but you'll be faced with empty bars. The restaurants were ticking over though. We went to relax though and we certainly did.
