Direct beach front three bedroom house in private marine estate, with panoramic sea views around Aldwick Bay to Selsey. New Balcony overlooking the gardens and Sea, plus three patios all sea facing .
Bognor Regis is one mile away and Chichester and Goodwood are five miles to the North.
Ground floor study , shower room, dining room/sitting room, fitted kitchen /breakfast room, dual aspect lounge raised on mezzanine floor to take advantage of the sea views. First floor master bedroom with sea views and en suite bathroom, second bedroom with sea views and access to Balcony, third bedroom with two single beds and family bathroom. Off street parking for four cars plus double garage and 105 foot south facing rear garden with direct beach access.
Free Wi-Fi Broad band throughout the house, TV with all free view channels, plus CD/DVD in the lounge.

“Rooms with beach views”
We had a family break with 2 small dogs in this wonderful house. Located on a quiet street with private parking, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and is very clean. Fantastic views of the sea from the bedrooms, and living room. So great to be able to walk straight from the garden directly onto the beach. A true home from home and we hope to be back soon.

“Christmas break”
Had a fantastic time in this lovely holiday home. The sea views take some beating. Would definitely recommend it and we hope to stay there again soon.

“On the beach”
The obvious selling point of the house is the garden leading directly onto the beach. Perfect for eating in the garden, listening to the sea or looking out from the terrace or living room if weather not so good. Plenty of room in the house, plenty of parking and fully equipped. Short drive to South Downs, the Witterings, Chichester.

“What an amazing house & garden”
It was a perfect home away from home. The house has everything one needs & more. The gardens were a joy to be in with 2 separate patios. Beach at the end of your garden & not too crowded as people don’t tend to walk too far. Thank you Martin for a beautiful house.

“Perfect beach retreat”
