Sito in Bologna, pieno centro storico, in signorile palazzina, immerso nel verde, molto silenzioso, appartamento di 90 mq finemente arredato con aria condizionata, riscaldamento autonomo, composto da: ingresso, cucina abitabile fornita di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, bagno con doccia, salotto con comodo divano letto, camera matrimoniale ( con a scelta un letto matrimoniale o 2 singoli ). Cambio biancheria e pulizia una volta alla settimana gratuiti.
Volendo con pargheggio vicino ( 20 metri) e coperto a pagamento ( euro 15 per notte )
Zona centralissima, 10 minuti dalla stazione dei treni e solo 15 minuti per l'aeroporto, piena di servizi come supermercati e farmacie, negozi, pub e osterie caratteristiche, fermata dell'autobus a 50 metri per il centro e tutte le destinazioni.
Tassa di soggiorno: 3 euro al giorno.

“A warm welcome in Bologna”
A gorgeous Italian appartment with beautiful garden views. Well equipped, quiet and spacious. Close to fantastic bars, restaurants and shops. We had a fantastic time in Bologna and what a lovely warm welcome we had from Nik who even sent my glasses back to Scotland for me!! Grazie Mille
