TONY'S PLACE BOLOGNA E 'a small and nice apartment of 55 sqm, located on the 5th floor of a building, as well as enjoy a beautiful view, has a modern elevator, a beautiful garden and a large communal car park closed rail radio-controlled, for those who had the need large garage. The house was recently renovated and is equipped with all amenities for guests. It is located in a strategic area of the city in the Borgo Panigale district, 5 km from the city center easily accessible by public transport. In the immediate vicinity, bars, bakeries, pizzerias, fine restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and a little 'more in the 1 km the famous Ducati factory with its museum and guided tours. The airport is just 4 km away easily reached by bus 54 directly under the house, even the central station and easily accessible with just one stop in suburban also for those arriving by car we are convenient to all highways and ring-road. Even the FAIR is easily reachable with the machine using the bypass, otherwise a suburban stop to the central station and then from there there are various bus lines. For those who were to come to Bologna for health reasons the GREATER hospital is just 2 km towards the city center. The very bright apartment consists of a large room with kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom. In the dining room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people, tends to the two large windows, TV, wi-fi, radio, dvd. The kitchen area has everything you need, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, table with 4 chairs linen etc. The bedroom has wooden parquet, curtain at the large window, double bed with duvet, flat wall 32-inch, built-in closet, if you want you can add travel cot. In another dressing-in wardrobe, iron and ironing board. In addition to bath towels, hair dryer, clothes horse, washing machine. Bologna thanks to its geographical location is ideal as a home base for day trips to all the cities of great historical and cultural interest of the north and central Italy such as Florence, Rome, Venice, Milan, Verona, Parma, Ferrara, Ravenna etc. Tony's Place is an excellent solution for those who want to feel at home while on vacation. An ideal place for a romantic weekend, a weekend exploring the city or a business trip.
