This elegant, spacious apartment, ideal for a stay in comfort and relaxation. Fitted kitchen, two full bathrooms with shower, three large bedrooms where they can be accommodated as nine single beds ( but single or double beds will be provided on request ), a covered terrace with a smoking area. Also: sofa, armchairs, lift, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, linens and towels, double glazed windows, heat insulating, gate, security door, outdoor surveillance, wireless Internet Wi-Fi, gate, security door and outdoor surveillance: for a stay full of tranquility, comfort and well-being. Car park in public land under the house. On request: access with small pets, maid service, linen / towels and use of washing machine and dryer. The apartment, located opposite the exhibition center of Bologna, is in a quiet area adjacent to a park path of life, served by supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants, self-service shops and other public transportation lines for links throughout the city and its hinterland. The very strategic location, near FICO agri-food park, OPPOSITE THE BOLOGNA EXHIBITION CENTRE, is also very convenient to reach the Center of the old town (on foot), the University, the museums, the main train station of Bologna, the highway exit “Fiera”, the ring road exit “Fiera”, the hospitals (Policlinico Malpighi St. Orsola, Villa Torri, Nigrisoli, Villa Regina, Villa Erbosa), the vegetable market, Roveri industrial area.
