Affitto piano superiore di bellissima villa sulle colline di Bologna. L'unità è composta da tre stanze da letto di cui una matrimoniale, una doppia ed una singola, due bagni con doccia di cui uno ad uso esclusivo della camera matrimoniale, cucina perfettamente attrezzata, ampia sala con camino e terrazza con vista sulla vallata, seconda terrazza con accesso diretto al giardino che si trova sulla sommità della collina. La villa è circondata da un ampio parco con solarium attrezzato, una vera oasi di tranquillità dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato fra verdi colline e paesaggi d'incanto, l'esclusività di soggiornare in una residenza con tutti i comfort moderni, situata in un contesto inusuale e lussuoso, avvolti dalla magica atmosfera della natura ed accolti dall'eleganza sobria ma ricercata di un luogo che non si fa dimenticare. Possibilità nella bella stagione di fare colazione all'aperto. Il posto ideale dove si conciliano piacere dello spirito, riposo di corpo e mente: perfetto sia per una romantica pausa, sia per ritrovare le energie. Bellissima piscina all'aperto utilizzabile in presenza dei proprietari (per motivi di sicurezza). Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano rinomati ristoranti (Amerigo a Savigno a 4 km), possibilità di giocare a golf, tennis, effettuare passeggiate a cavallo, escursioni in mountain bike. Facilmente raggiungibile dall' aeroporto di Bologna e dall'autostrada. Barbeque esterno per magnifiche grigliate. Ottima base per visitare Bologna, Firenze, Venezia, Verona e tutte le più belle città d'arte del nord Italia. Per gli appassionati di motori consigliamo:
