“Beautiful and Comfortable Vacation Home” We loved every minute of our stay at this house. It was very clean and comfortable with up to date, modern amenities, furniture and fixtures. It was perfect for our 10 day vacation to Disney and Universal and so much better than staying at a hotel as we were able to buy and cook our own food, swim in the private pool, and enjoy separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our party (4 people). It was heavenly to come home to this house after a long, hot, exhausting day at the parks. There are plenty stores and restaurants within 2 miles of the neighborhood. A word of caution: this house is actually in Clermont and it was a bit further from Orlando, and the Disney and Universal resorts than we thought (about 50 min. from the airport, 40 from Universal, 30 from Disney - mostly due to traffic and construction, actual mileage is not far) but still not a bad drive. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice. It was a great value and well worth every penny!

“comfortable and convenient” We recently spent a long weekend at the Purple Parrot for an impromptu family reunion. We chose Yosanmine 10ad for its location near the pool and its proximity to Jump Up 5ad, where the rest of our family stayed. We ate meals and relaxed in 5ad, but during the time we spent in 10ad, we found it to be well equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated, and convenient for our purposes. The bed is firm, which we appreciated. My only recommendation is for the bathroom towels to be upgraded. They were thin and needing to be replaced. The management company is stellar, and we really appreciated the personal attention, friendliness, and responsiveness of the staff. The weather was great during our visit in the first week of October and we especially enjoyed being poolside in the glorious mornings.

“Clean new home” This being my first time staying outside Disney I was nervous about renting a home. But this home was 5 stars in all aspects . The home is very well furnished and was clean . It was spacious for the whole family and travelling with young children cleanliness is most importnat for me. This home was spic and span including the kitchen ware . I would recommend this to any one . You just need a renatl car to get around

“Relaxing and peacefull” Hi.. For sure recomended. Its cosy and relaxing and a neat neighboorhood. I had a few concerns but as soon as i reported anything, the attendance was fast. This made my stay feel safe. Wallmart , target and some restaurants were close by. For sure will visit it again. Thank you for everything !

“Enjoyed!!” This place served us well for our needs. We would stay there again. The gated community was nice and the pool area was wonderful. The place was clean and ready for our check in and didn't have any problems. The bed in this unit lacks in the comfort department. It really shoudl be replaced. Other than that it was perfect for our short stay with our boys.

“Great condo!” We really enjoyed our stay at the Purple Parrott. The condo was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. They even had Netflix. The kitchen was very well equipped...including a blender and crockpot. It was a short walk to both pools and the gym. The outdoor pool was wonderful and had plenty of lounge chairs. We loved being able to take our own drinks to the pool. The beach was less than a mile away. This was the first time we had not stayed directly on the beach, but it was a much better bargain than a hotel room. We would definitely stay here again.

“Repeat Customer!” Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Parrot-Dise. The staff was very friendly. The cottage was nicely decorated and had everything we needed to eat in and relax. The pool was best of all! Our boys spent most of their time there. We liked best the relaxing atmosphere and that our cottage was so close to the pool. We liked least the squeaky bed in the master bedroom, which was really not that big of deal to us. Overall, we loved it!

“Wonderful Cottage -- Unless it rains 17 inches!!!” We loved 18C and Purple Parade. The location near the pristine beaches and glassy green water of Johnson Beach were perfect. And what a deal ... $8 pass for a week. We went to the beach with lifeguards and those without. We loved it. We had a couple of small glitchesn with the condo, mainly trying to use the ice maker... but the decore and extras provided were great. The giant was great, but suggest you leave instructions on how to use the shower. the most features were above great! Leda at the management got us into the place with only a few hours notice. Only negative was when we faced the record breaking rain on the morning we were leaving. They knew next to nothing about the evacation or driving dangers. Waiting 4 hours for the rain to slow so we could load our car... water was over the second step and pouring our of the sky like an open faucet

“Satisfied” Cottage is nice and well decorated. Enough room for 2. Back door view is of the pool pumps and equipment but it isn't loud or distracting. Could not get internet service to work - didn't have password for router. Iron was horrible. I was there on business so this was important to me.

“Comfortable, Very Clean, Quiet & Relaxing!!” Great stay that exceeded expectations. All the amenities were exactly as stated on the website. The unit felt like a home away from home. All that is required is to unpack and bring in groceries. We enjoyed the beach chairs and beach umbrella. The restuarants nearby were wonderful. We already reccomended this location to a friend.

“Very well appointed place to spend a vacation.” We thought to vacation home was very attractive, well situated, and quite satisfying for our needs. The only negative we had was the inability to get the broadband internet service to function.

“Wonderful Experience” We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was beautifully decorated, the A/C was wonderful and the experience was all round great. If I could give some tips on any negative things is there is a terrible smell in the bedroom. Could be pet oder or mildew. I use a candle to try and smother the smell. The view from the patio is fantastic as well. Had great internet service and TV in living room is great. TV in bedroom is too small to see. I would recommen this unit to anyone.

“Great Stay in 37c” I was very surprised that the condo was better in person than on the internet. Everything was great except for the bed. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. It should be replaced asap. It was quiet and clean and all the items you need to survive on vacation. We would definitely stay at the Purple Parrot again, maybe not in 37c though.

“Home away from home” We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a quiet, gated community that provided us the additional space you cannot get in a hotel room, everybody had their own space to retreat to if needed (you can only spend so much time together when you're away for a week). The only thing I would ask is that general amenities be available in the apartment such as dish/dish washer/laundry soaps, garbage bags and maybe a few spices (at least salt & pepper please)...the items you don't generally pack when you're going out of town but would like to not have to buy and leave behind. Keep the items in a small tub in the utility closet. Other than that, we had everything we needed and we will definitely be booking our future stays in this type of location again, especially when the trip is 3+ days long.

“Surfsude Condo 204” The view was great....the condo was roomy enough for our family. Everything was good except needed more instruction on using TV in living room. Also needed more electrical outlets. We would stay here again. Had a great time.
