“Beautiful and Comfortable Vacation Home” We loved every minute of our stay at this house. It was very clean and comfortable with up to date, modern amenities, furniture and fixtures. It was perfect for our 10 day vacation to Disney and Universal and so much better than staying at a hotel as we were able to buy and cook our own food, swim in the private pool, and enjoy separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our party (4 people). It was heavenly to come home to this house after a long, hot, exhausting day at the parks. There are plenty stores and restaurants within 2 miles of the neighborhood. A word of caution: this house is actually in Clermont and it was a bit further from Orlando, and the Disney and Universal resorts than we thought (about 50 min. from the airport, 40 from Universal, 30 from Disney - mostly due to traffic and construction, actual mileage is not far) but still not a bad drive. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice. It was a great value and well worth every penny!

“Cheerleading Comp” We had a great time and the house was more then we could ask for. There was so much room the beds were all very comfortable . The house was clean it ready for our stay on time. The pool was clean large area to sit and relax. The rooms were large and had lots of room for your things. The area is very quiet and close to everything. I will for sure rent this home again in the future and would recommend to friends and family.

“Great Villa and Great Location!” My family of four plus my mother in law stayed at this property last month. Simply put, it is terrific. The villa has 6 plus bedrooms, numerous bathrooms, a huge pool and spa etc - all of which are luxuriously appointed. We were so close to the Disney parks it made the "Park Hopper" passes we bought very easy to use. We would travel to one park in the morning, return to the villa for lunch and then go to another park in the evening. The villa is located in a very upscale private community and it seemed very safe. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anybody.

“EXCELLENT Property, location and Owner!!” We can highly recommend this Vacation rental property, the location is perfect, very close to the Disney parks, restaurants with varied cuisines, major freeways, etc. The home and pool were EVERYTHING we'd hoped for, it was a very well maintained property, it lacked nothing as everything we required was provided including FREE WiFi! The communication with the owner, Joan, was FIRST CLASS! From the booking thru the rental period and followup afterwards was a very pleasurable experience, we are VERY PLEASED!! We looked at quiet a few PET FRIENDLY properties (we have 3 small dogs) before deciding on this property, mainly due to amenities, location, etc and are pleased to further recommend this property and owner for your vacation property needs! Additionally, we plan on booking this property again if available during out next vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, why look anywhere else?? “Watersedge of Indian Wells” This was a lovely house and it made our stay perfect. It was clean and well equipped. The rooms bedrooms were large as well as the beds. The kitchen well set-up and the living-room furniture very comfortable. The pool area was very lovely and the view over the pond was beautiful. The only real drawback of the pool is the safety alarm on the door to access it. The alarm rings every time you open this door and it becomes a fairly minor annoyance. The managers of this house were always quick to respond to queries and every staff member I spoke to was very friendly and polite. Check-in and check-out procedures were similarly simple. The house was in a great location only 15 minutes drive to Disney and 20 minutes to Universal. Walmart is also located just 5 minutes walk away. A great place that I gladly recommend it!
