“Beautiful and Comfortable Vacation Home” We loved every minute of our stay at this house. It was very clean and comfortable with up to date, modern amenities, furniture and fixtures. It was perfect for our 10 day vacation to Disney and Universal and so much better than staying at a hotel as we were able to buy and cook our own food, swim in the private pool, and enjoy separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our party (4 people). It was heavenly to come home to this house after a long, hot, exhausting day at the parks. There are plenty stores and restaurants within 2 miles of the neighborhood. A word of caution: this house is actually in Clermont and it was a bit further from Orlando, and the Disney and Universal resorts than we thought (about 50 min. from the airport, 40 from Universal, 30 from Disney - mostly due to traffic and construction, actual mileage is not far) but still not a bad drive. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice. It was a great value and well worth every penny!

“Great home.” Everything was as pictured. Clean and quiet area close to many restaurants and shopping. Owner was easy to work with and responsive.

“Clean new home” This being my first time staying outside Disney I was nervous about renting a home. But this home was 5 stars in all aspects . The home is very well furnished and was clean . It was spacious for the whole family and travelling with young children cleanliness is most importnat for me. This home was spic and span including the kitchen ware . I would recommend this to any one . You just need a renatl car to get around

“Relaxing Stay with family in condo” we had a relaxing stay at the condo mainly the kids had good time in the heated pool and game room. Condo had all the amenities exactly stated in the ad and looked same as in the pictures. It is closer to the Disney World parks. It had walmart and other shopping area within few miles.It was easy check-in and check-out and well managed.Looking forward to stay again sometime this year.

“Relaxing and peacefull” Hi.. For sure recomended. Its cosy and relaxing and a neat neighboorhood. I had a few concerns but as soon as i reported anything, the attendance was fast. This made my stay feel safe. Wallmart , target and some restaurants were close by. For sure will visit it again. Thank you for everything !

“A very different experience.” This was the first time that I ever rented a house versus a hotel and I would highly recommend renting a house. We were very pleased with the house, but extremely upset with the home owners that lived in the community. When inquiring about renting the home I asked if there was a place to park a motorcycle trailer and I was told I could park it at the club house. After arriving there I was told I couldn't park it there. They were very rude and uncooperative, and forceful about me moving the trailer.I also had a handicap lift on the back of my truck that was to long for the driveway. Another home owner complained and cussed me out because I was blocking the sidewalk. The driveway was very short with no room. The house was very clean and everything was as advertised. Very, very pleased with the house. Everything went very smoothly with payment & reservation. The home owner responded to e-mails very quickly until I tried to get him to reimburse me the $70.00 for having to store the trailer somewhere else.

“Excellent Vacation! Can't wait to go back” We absolutely loved your villa and the resort it was situated in. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every minute. The house was very quiet and spacious. It can easily fit in two families of 4. The house was clean inside out. The mattresses were plush and bedding soft. The Mickey/Minnie room was super cute and my kids' favorite! We all slept like babies every night. The furniture was solid wood and looked brand new. It was also nice to have a kitchen with anything and everything we needed. It's a paradise to have that much space for a vacation. All theme parks including the Lego land were easy to access. There were Publix, McDonald, Danny's close by with plenty of choices to eat out. We were not able to swim in the pool or check the clubhouse. Will try out next time. The view from the backyard was gorgeous! We would definitely be back again soon. I would be happy to refer any friends thinking of travelling to Orlando area.

“Really clean and confortable house, with everything I need.” The house was really clean, it smell clean, and that is the most important thing to us. We found everything we need, enough towels for everyone. We enjoy the pool with my kids, during day and night. It is close to restaurants, markets, parks, etc.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Nice place” Our family stayed there for 9 days. We all enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. Owner is nice to deal with, always responded quickly to my questions.
