Description

Anne's Florida Villa is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa on a select community only 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Disney World is 20 minutes away and other attractions 30 to 40 minutes drive away.

The heated south facing swimming pool ensuring summer and winter sunshine and has privacy screens and safety netting. A hand rail by the steps gives support to access the pool. Every door into the pool area is alarmed for child safety

(Pool heat is an optional extra at £10 per day, with a minimum of 3 days booking - Anne will ask you if you want pool heat and add it in to the quote)

The pool area has an outdoor table with 4 chairs and 4 sunbeds. Part of the deck is shaded for extra comfort on those hot and sunny days. There is a BBQ pit just outside the pool netting.

It is a well maintained property with all home comforts.

Enjoy the TVs in each room, link up to the Wi-Fi and use the telephone to order your take-away! The phone can be used to call UK landlines (not mobiles)

All linen is supplied with extras in the cupboard should you wish to change bedding during your stay. There is a plentiful supply of towels.

The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people.

The Master bedroom has an en-suite with toilet, large walk in shower, 2 sinks and a tub (bath)

The second bathroom is newly refurbished (2020) with a large walk in shower.

Children, and those who are kids at heart, will love the Winnie the Pooh themed twin bedroom.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, 2 door fridge freezer with water and ice and dishwasher. The laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer so no need to take excessive clothing, leaving plenty of room in your suitcase for all your purchases!

The garage has an air hockey table in it, along with spare pool sun lounges, a high chair and a small wheelchair

The villa is fully insured and registered as a rental property.

“Excellent placed villa near to everything with a brilliant pool.”

Nice and quiet with lots of room and a great pool. Easy to get to all the parks also not to far from the beach. After a mad day in the parks loved to get back have a swim get a take away or go out to eat then spend evenng chilling outside with a nice can of beer. We made friends with one of the neighbours who live there and work in Disney. Great time had by all.

“Excellent holiday home”

We had a wonderful time at the villa which met our every need. We paid extra for the pool heating which was well worth it as our children enjoyed a swim every day. We would definitely recommend Anne’s villa to anyone looking for somewhere to stay; it is close to local shops and amenities, and is a short drive from the theme parks. Anne was incredibly helpful during the booking process, which made us feel very relaxed and excited about our holiday. Thank you again.

How do damage deposits work?

If Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
