“Breathtaking” This rustic cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Being up on the mountain we were out of the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough to venture out if we wanted to. The views from the porch were spectacular, especially as the sun came up, which you can watch from the comfort of the bed through a large window! The inside of the cabin is charming, with all of the comforts home including a full kitchen, bathroom with a stand up shower. The cabin was quiet and despite the owner, George being upstairs we felt alone. George is a great host! He is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a quick tour of the cabin and best spots for pictures when we arrived. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer! We will be going back. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking for a quiet, secluded, cozy place to escape in the mountains.

“South Dennis House” The house we rented was perfect for my family. My girls were happy they each had their own bed! The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the short travel time to all of the Dennis area beaches. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time.

“Relaxing and carefree” We had such a wonderful and memorable weekend. Very picturesque and ever so quiet when you're there mid season. There were wineries and breweries within a short driving distance, and the local restaurants are spot on. I would not suggest using GPS, it gets you in the vicinity but not to the right house. Thank goodness for pictures of the house. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful, but bring your own trash bags and sandwich bags etc. The master bath and bed is very nice. We loved the bed so much that we are buying a mattress exactly like it because we slept so well. My only other suggestion would be to have the house ready for arrival. The house was cold, and the entry way was not swept, I picked up a few pieces of trash laying around on the driveway, but I am a Manager of a very nice Boutique Hotel so I notice these small things. All in all it was so lovely and I would definitely stay again.

“Great Family Friendly Home” We had a blast. It felt safe and secure. It was clean and spacious. I have a large family of 9 and everyone had plenty of space. Quiet but friendly neighbors. Amenities were awesome. Hot tub was so relaxing. We had a great time.

“Excellent house in beautiful surrounding” The house is well equiped, very clean and is located in a beautiful surrounding. The view from the terrace to the mountains is excellent. Because the house is lonesome it is very quiet and in the evening some animals are visiting the garden (fox, cat, gecko, ...). The hirer are very nice and cooperative. You are getting some very helpful tips about the island which you won't find in a travel guide. The property is really huge and with hammock and a rock to climb a paradise for children, too. Above the rock the view is even more fantastic. I would come back at any time.

“Peaceful 'get away'” Outstanding, friendly but not intrusive service. Ample equipment to cook a simple meal. Cosy,clean, comfortable home.Beautiful surroundings;quiet relaxing yet easy to get to anglesey(we enjoyed a 'rib' ride up the Menai straits)and other attractive parts of N.Wales not usually visited. “Book This Now!!” This was the most wonderful property for our week in San Juan! Four doors to a beautiful beach - neat and tidy apt with ample linens, utensils, etc - comfortable bed - good water pressure in the shower - cold a/c - consistent wifi service - thoughtful extras like beach chairs and drinking water - very safe location - quiet and friendly neighbors - walkably close to good restaurants for eating out and Walgreens for essentials - close to bus and trolley pick-up points - and the nicest, most helpful hosts we could have asked for! They provided a detailed map for nearby points of interest which was tremendously helpful to us as first-timers. Such a relaxing week with walks among the gated neighborhood streets, freedom to go back and forth to the beach in a quick few minutes and meeting people from all over the world also staying in the area. This is a fabulous location at a super price! We are already scheming how to return to this spot again!!

“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Amazing place!” We loved our stay at the Banyan Tree Condos. The highlight is, without a doubt, having breakfast on the deck watching the waves and the surfers. This condo has everything you'd possibly need for your stay and I highly recommend it. Next time we're on the Big Island, this is definitely where we'll be staying!
