“Excellent location in a comfortable apartment” The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It was an ideal location, within walking distance to the centre of Beverley. Also a good location for visiting York, Hull and the East Yorkshire coastline.

“Great Week in the Vale of York” Great accomodation, friendly welcome and the hot tube was a big hit with the family. Well appointed and nicely presented self catering cottage. Although the owners house is adjoining there were no issues with privacy - nice rural setting. Laundry facilities provided so great for families. Malton only 7 miles away so easy access to supermarket and local shops. Location's great as it's handy for York, the coast, Dalby Forrest and North Yorkshires Moors - wish we'd had more time to explore as we found that there was just so much to do. Highlights of the week were: hiring mountain bikes in Dalby Forrest, and sightseeing in York Only slight down side was that there was no blind on the velux window in the downstairs (3rd) bedroom. So it was just as well that our son gets up at the crack of dawn anyway. Would thoroughly recommend this cottage as it was also great value for money.

“A brilliant place to stay” Everything was just right for an excellent family holiday. Clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty to entertain the kids and it was in a good position for getting to a range of venues. Just don't eat at the village pub-had to be the worst food and least friendly waitress-although the beer and landlord werte good.

“Peace and quiet and luxurious comfort” This is very well appointed, spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to four couples. It has four en-suite bedrooms, a large kitchen, dining room and lounge, and looks out onto an attractively undulating golf course. The garden is extensive and there is ample parking space for four vehicles. The location, roughly midway between Hull and Beverley, is very quiet and peaceful. My only reservation concerns the en suite facilities: the main bedroom is huge and luxuriously furnished, but the bath is rather small and though it has a shower attachment the water pressure is too weak to be effective. The other bedrooms have showers, but in one of them there was no hot water, so guests sleeping in that room had to use someone else's showering facilities. This fault aside, my wife and our friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and for a week's stay in such large premises it was very moderately priced.

“old orchard cottage ...polkington” we had a fabulous relaxing stay at the bungalow...well presented well equiped ,all bright and airy.large ground to front small secluded garden at back lots of cars space outside..location is very quiet one pub 2mins walk away lovely food relaxing atmosphere . few miles few villages to visit with markets which are described in manual kept in bungalow . owners live next door and very helpful if need or ask anything . york 12mls away . allsaid very good location for travelling from .we just wanted home from home relaxing stay and thats exactly what we got fab...

“very nice cottage in a nice area,hot tub was a big bonus.” Everything from the start to the finish was 1st class,the booking,mine hosts were very helpful,and the area was nicely placed for all the major attractions,which were reachable within the hour. A must for everyone is to visit beverley cathedral and york minster, as well as visiting bridlington,whitby and staithes to name a few. The cottage was 1st class in everyway.
