“Feels like home” Our experience with baan poolom has been first rate all the way through. Sally booked us in with effortless efficiency and the building manager khun Haarn friendly and polite settled us in well. The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable and it is in an excellent spot. There are many places to eat and relax close at hand and plenty of things to do in the Hau Hin area generally so you can be busy or enjoy the peace and quiet as you desire. The beach is on your doorstep and is wide and clean. This is an excellent place for a family holiday and we are all going to be sad when we have to leave this wonderful place. Matt

“Amazing Villa, Amazing Vacation” I wanted to be the first to review this property as myself and my partner stayed there for a week at the end of October. The villa was by far the most amazing home I have ever stayed in, something I'm sure you would pay several millions of pounds for back in the UK. We was greeted by the housekeepers on arrival at the property who have kept the home in an immaculate condition and who then gave us a tour of the house and a run down on how everything worked which was very helpful. The house is extremely comtemporary in style and feels like it has been designed by an award winning interior designer. The gardens and views are also amazing and for several days we were happy just lying by the pool and soaking up the sun and those views. The island was extremely easy to navigate as just one road circulates the entire island. the main most vibrant area is called white sands, it took us around 20 minutes to drive from the Villa to that area where you have lots of restaurants, shops, bars and all types of excursions you can purchase and day time activities. White sands was also good on the evenings as the beach is lit up with fire shows and fireworks whilst your eating overlooking the sea. All in all wevhad a great trip in Koh Chang and the villa was to die for, we would most definately recommend it to anyone planning to visit the island. “Amazing holiday villa with incredible hosts” Myself and two friends stayed in the five room Villa Mia for 7 days in May. The villa grounds were immaculate and were constantly maintained by the groundskeeper. The pool was massive and clean. The villa is approximately 1km from town you could walk but we easily organised scooters through our private concierge. The house is massive with each of the five rooms having a bathroom, and the property is set right on the beach. Apart from the villa being incredible the staff at this villa were AMAZING. The chef cooked restaurant quality Thai meals every day I dont think we ate out once, seafood dishes caught and bought and then cooked at the villa . He could cook anything you asked for and would go shopping for ingredients based on our requests. The concierge Joy went above and beyond any of our expectations. I was like having a mindreader and a mum who would organise everything we needed scooters, taxis, suggestions for dinner, shed remind us of what we might need to take with us when we went out, and she always did it was a smile. She went as far as unpacking our suitcases and putting them away, and then when we left she washed and put our clothes back in the suitcase. One day we followed Joy around on a private scooter tour around the island. I just cant stress enough how amazing Joy was it was so easy to relax that we really didn't want to leave and was trying to rack my brain on how we could take her home with us. Id highly recommend this villa you wont be disappointed.
