“Perfect for the family” We arrived reasonably late, Herriot kindly arranged for our pick-up & drop-off. Check-in was breezy! It was bigger than we expected (which is never an issue!) 3 bedrooms and a living room with the pool & a bit of a garden separating them. We were a family of 6 adults and 1 toddler, this villa was a great size for us, in fact it can easily accommodate a slightly bigger group. Having the pool just right at our door step was a bonus especially after being out on a humid day. For families with wandering toddler, be mindful of the pool being just there. We didn't have any issues with Eian who is 2.7 years. We explained the pool rules to him so every time he wanted to swim he would announce it rather loudly :-). The courtyard is such a great place to chill, we spent quite a bit of time by the pool chatting and reading. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable - with plenty of towels to last us for weeks. Our room had a slight damp smell to it probably due to it not being used for a while, 2 other rooms and living room was fine. The kitchen was sufficient for cooking and there's also washing machine, tv etc - it was just like staying in a house. Some of the kitchen utensils needed to be washed before we used it due to grease but that was easily sorted. They cleaned the pool once when we were there and the garden was well kept too. There's always someone at the office to help with tours/car rental ( even on Sundays). We rented a car on our last day there with the help of the office and also hired a driver. Pisit was warm and very patient with our 'wants', even waited when we shopped at Tesco! and when he couldn't accommodate to our requests he would always find an alternative driver for us. The location of the villa is convenient as it is fairly central, it depends on what the group wants to do of course. It's about 40 mins to even the furthest part of Phuket. The next time we travel in a group to Phuket - we would definitely look into renting Jah Villa again!!

“Paradise in The Sands” In the beginning we would like to apologize to Peter for being so long going to write a review. Peter, sorry! We were in an apartment with 8.03-22.03. There are no words to describe our stay. I liked everything: the location of the home and the convenience and beauty around. Warm sea, to which it was a 5 min walk, plenty of fruit and seafood, security, peace-all this made our stay unforgettable. On the balcony there was a fan, it was very comfortable to sit under it. We went to the fish market, where prices are low to buy fresh seafood, and the restaurant opposite the market is all we eat cooked. A luxury apartment in a fabulous location! All of our problems and requests addressed by Peter very quickly, thanks to Hank arrives immediately. Thanks to Peter very much! We really want to go back!

“Fabulous holiday!!! We loved it!!!” We were a group of 7, first time in Phuket. Staying for 7 nights. We were picked up from the airport by a van that was arranged with the owner. The moment we set foot in the villa we loved it. It was not only like the pictures it was even better!!! The villa was immaculately clean, everything organized and managed perfectly by the the owner Richard and his lovely wife Yasuko. They we so nice and helpful in anything we needed. The pool, rooms, living area and basically the villa is very spacious and is designed beautifully in a way that 4 couples can stay there easily and have there privacy as well. We practically didn't want to leave the villa. The pool area and the sound system with it was that good. We were having lots of fun. Transportation was easy with us. A car is recommended for touristic spots but we didn't bother and there was a really nice driver Mr Lee who took us everywhere, anytime easily and would come pick us up too. Scooters are a easy option, you can rent one just around the corner. We all loved the villa and I would highly recommend it to anybody who looks for comfort, luxury and fun for there vacation.
