“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the weather in the area and we are hoping to get down your way again in the not-too-distant future. “Wonderful Florida Holiday” We enjoyed the month of March in the Lilsis home and it was wonderful. We found the house to be very clean, updated and comfortable - the exceptional weather made our time in the beautiful new pool very enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and walking and biking were a pleasure. The lake view, with it's wide variety of wildlife and the amazing sunsets, was an added bonus. Boris, and his team, were great hosts - very friendly and responsive. We are already looking forward to our 2016 visit.

“Clean and comfortable environment” We truly enjoyed our stay at the Chaves house. It was meticulously clean and comfortable. The downside is that the cable was not working and netflix was offered on the ammenities page, but that too was not available. I would definately stay again!

“Peace and Tranquility” Modestly furnished with everything you could possibly want. Super pool with great view over the lake and accompanying birdsong. Resident alligator and herons complete the picture.About 10 minutes drive to the Mall etc and around 20 mins to the beach/golf etc if that's what you want. A great place for that R&R.

“Best New Years Ever!” We started out the new year in your home and what a great start it was. We have never had the priviledge of being so close to the beach for a vacation! We felt so safe and private. We have 7 littles and the two youngest would even run around naked sometimes. In the chaos of the season on this island, we felt like we were the only ones here when we stayed at your home, you provided everything we needed and the your gardener was very friendly. We saw dolphins daily if not multiple times a day! A special treat . . . dolphin pups with their mothers frequently visited. The beach was virtually private. The owners were very accomidating to our special circumstances. Thank you for that.

“Nice place for a vacation” I stayed here for four days so that I could see some Red Sox games. The place was very clean and neat, with a kitchen that had everything you need to cook. Juan was very helpful and had lots of suggestions. I really enjoyed my stay! There was plenty of room and it was a nice get-away.

“The perfect for a family vacation !” We found Sunset Palace to be very comfortable for our large family and very well located. Close to everything we needed. The house was very well maintained and clean. The kids loved the heated pool and I loved the spacious lanai.The rental company was efficient and friendly.We wouldn't hesitate to rent again. “Great Location to Beaches- Quiet Getaway” My husband and I have previously lived in Southwest Florida and have been trying to get back for a vacation for a few years now. This house was perfect for our needs. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Our kids ages 12, 10, and 5 had a great time! Our only minor complaint was with the pool. It was pretty chilly since it is solar heated. My kids still got in, but it was too cold for my husband and I. The management team made everything very easy for us. We would like to visit again!

“Sunset Dreams - Tropical Paradise” What a wonderful place! We just returned and we miss it very much already. As my wife puts it, "it was like being in another world!" She's become an overnight ornithologist and marine biologist. The owners went well above the standard of what a normal property rental would be. From furnishings, to decor, to kitchen utensils, and appliances; they blow every rental property we've ever seen right out of the water. The home is immaculate. And the island itself has endless things to do. We've already booked for next year!

“Most amazing vacation on Captiva Island!” We had a great time on Captiva Island. We have stayed there several times, but this time we chose to stay at this private home on the bay. My husband and I were relaxed and the kids had plenty of room to run and explore. The house was amazing - beautiful views, lots of room, great pool and very private but close to everything we could possibly need.

“very comfortable and excellent location” The pictures and description of the condo are very accurate. Last year rented a 1 Bedroom 1 bath condo and this certainly was an upgrade. Enjoyed the restaurants that Jackie had recommended and the nearby beaches that we took advantage of often. Excellent location to visit other areas such as Venice and Sarasota. Would recommend to anyone.

“Villa Rosalinda amazing place to stay” Just returned from a week in Cape Coral staying at Villa Rosalinda. The villa exceeded our expectations, it is fabulous and the best we have stayed in. The location is great, very peaceful with lovely outlook onto the waterways. The villa is excellently presented and has everything in that you could possibly need, if not far more! The surrounding area has great amenities with shops and restaurants a short drive away. We had 6 adults in the villa and there was plenty of room. We made great use of the outside area and the BBQ. All in all a great place to stay and somewhere we would definitely return if we visit the area in the future. The owner is very attentive and helpful. All this contributed to a fabulous time in Florida!
