“Great vacation!” The condo could use some updating in furnishings but all necessary essentials were there including umbrella beach chairs and the kitchen was well equipped. Also great beach towels and short walk to the Beach. The bay view was outstanding- loved the balcony which was a nice size and great fishing from the docks.

“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the weather in the area and we are hoping to get down your way again in the not-too-distant future. “If you want an awesome getaway without having to leave the property for fun...this is your place!” This home has an awesome dock for fishing, boat lift, swimming pool, sandy beach with beach chairs, kayaks and completely fenced in property in case you want to bring your pet with you. The chef's kitchen is amazing with top of the line appliances for all of your meals that you will want to cook. You can walk to the shops and restaurants that are iconic to this area. “Wonderful Florida Holiday” We enjoyed the month of March in the Lilsis home and it was wonderful. We found the house to be very clean, updated and comfortable - the exceptional weather made our time in the beautiful new pool very enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and walking and biking were a pleasure. The lake view, with it's wide variety of wildlife and the amazing sunsets, was an added bonus. Boris, and his team, were great hosts - very friendly and responsive. We are already looking forward to our 2016 visit.

“Clean and comfortable environment” We truly enjoyed our stay at the Chaves house. It was meticulously clean and comfortable. The downside is that the cable was not working and netflix was offered on the ammenities page, but that too was not available. I would definately stay again!

“Peace and Tranquility” Modestly furnished with everything you could possibly want. Super pool with great view over the lake and accompanying birdsong. Resident alligator and herons complete the picture.About 10 minutes drive to the Mall etc and around 20 mins to the beach/golf etc if that's what you want. A great place for that R&R.

“Nice place for a vacation” I stayed here for four days so that I could see some Red Sox games. The place was very clean and neat, with a kitchen that had everything you need to cook. Juan was very helpful and had lots of suggestions. I really enjoyed my stay! There was plenty of room and it was a nice get-away.

“The perfect for a family vacation !” We found Sunset Palace to be very comfortable for our large family and very well located. Close to everything we needed. “Sunset Dreams - Tropical Paradise” What a wonderful place! We just returned and we miss it very much already. As my wife puts it, "it was like being in another world!" She's become an overnight ornithologist and marine biologist. The owners went well above the standard of what a normal property rental would be. From furnishings, to decor, to kitchen utensils, and appliances; they blow every rental property we've ever seen right out of the water. The home is immaculate. And the island itself has endless things to do. We've already booked for next year!

“Most amazing vacation on Captiva Island!” We had a great time on Captiva Island. We have stayed there several times, but this time we chose to stay at this private home on the bay. My husband and I were relaxed and the kids had plenty of room to run and explore. “very comfortable and excellent location” The pictures and description of the condo are very accurate. Last year rented a 1 Bedroom 1 bath condo and this certainly was an upgrade. Enjoyed the restaurants that Jackie had recommended and the nearby beaches that we took advantage of often. Excellent location to visit other areas such as Venice and Sarasota. Would recommend to anyone.

“Perfect family cottage in Lemon Bay” Such a great little house and surprisingly bigger than pictures reveal. Perfect for a family with kids. 3rd toilet tucked away in laundry shed for easy access from pool. Great location as well, close to beaches, parks and many restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will rent there again. House was fresh, clean and inviting.
