“Nice place for a vacation” I stayed here for four days so that I could see some Red Sox games. The place was very clean and neat, with a kitchen that had everything you need to cook. Juan was very helpful and had lots of suggestions. I really enjoyed my stay! There was plenty of room and it was a nice get-away.

“A wonderful place to spend a vacation!” We had a great time at Villa Alamea! The home is beautiful and has every amenity imaginable. We vacationed with 3 generations of family and enjoyed the pool and outdoor living space as well as the indoors. I would definitely recommend this home! The location was awesome as well.

“Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. We could either relax by the pool overlooking the canal, or a quick drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The welcome note and bottle of wine was a very classy touch. “Absolutely elegant!!!” We had a wonderful stay in lovely Villa Cape Coral! We were in awe of the beauty - absolutely elegant home & furnishings, spotlessly clean, & a gorgeous location! It was perfect! We loved using the kayaks to explore the canals & the connecting ecological preserve. We also rented the boat & went out around Sanibel & Captiva Islands ~ what an adventure! Such beauty to see and so many dolphins swimming near us too! It was an amazing time! Grilling & dining out by the pool and relaxing in the pool & spa was such a glorious way to end each day! “Villa Rosalinda amazing place to stay” Just returned from a week in Cape Coral staying at Villa Rosalinda. The villa exceeded our expectations, it is fabulous and the best we have stayed in. The location is great, very peaceful with lovely outlook onto the waterways. The villa is excellently presented and has everything in that you could possibly need, if not far more! The surrounding area has great amenities with shops and restaurants a short drive away. We had 6 adults in the villa and there was plenty of room. We made great use of the outside area and the BBQ. All in all a great place to stay and somewhere we would definitely return if we visit the area in the future. The owner is very attentive and helpful. All this contributed to a fabulous time in Florida!

“Back again! It doesn't get any better!” This was our fourth stay at ann & Ed's villia. Will we be back... Definitely!! We have visited the house twice in the winter months (December) and in the sizzling hot summer (June/July) and every time we go we never want to leave, the kids actually cry! (we have 4 kids all under the age of 9) The house has ample space for our family, very clean, and we felt at home as soon as we opened the front door, we knew we were home away from home. Having two living rooms is a plus as our kids hang out in one room leaving the second one for the adults. There are plenty of activities provided right at the house. The heated salt pool was a huge hit for our kids. They have board games, very large flat screen Tv's a Playsatation 3 (with games and movies) and wireless internet, magazines (subscriptions left from other guests that return each year), fishing poles and fish right off their docks. The house is close to shopping, dining, beaches and family entertainment. Ann even includes various guides and coupons to local restaurants. Furthermore, the villa represented amazing value, considering the sorts of prices for an equivalent property on the Mediterranean. This villa was spotless from top to bottom kitchenware, kettles, microwaves, etc are all spotless from top to bottom. The only drawback was that we had to leave... but that's okay we book every year! Thank you ann & Ed for making this our 2nd home.

“Fantastic holiday” We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of this holiday. The accommodation was very comfortable and lacked nothing. We were lucky with the weather - only 1 day of rain, and although we saw plenty of lightening we were unaffected by storms. The boat made the holiday for us - it was such a joy to go dolphin spotting, and we spent most days on the water just to keep cool! Some lovely eating places - we would highly recommend The Boathouse, Nervous Nellies and Iguania Mia. Go to The Tiki Hut for the atmosphere and experience when a band is playing!

“The pool was wonderful along with the weather!” We stayed in this great home for 3 months - December 2017 through March 2018. The beds were very comfortable and the entire home was very clean. All kitchen appliances, dishes, silverware, pots and pans were in the home for our use. We did purchase a slow cooker to use while we were there. The pool was great and kept at 85 degrees. The pool cover was in the garage but we got it out and used it to keep the pool heat in over night. The owner let both our non-shedding, small dogs accompany us for our stay which is a must for us. The pool cage had some screens missing due to Hurricane Irma so we couldn't open the lanai glass doors during that time but the screens were replaced the first part of March. Lovely home and pretty quiet neighborhood. Will definitely come back.
