“A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!

“Perfect Mother's Day Weekend with my son” The location was only two blocks from the beach and has two pools onsite. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, there was even an infant float sun canopy that we used for our 18 month old grandson. It is also very conveniently located to multiple excellent shops and restaurants.

“Fantastic Outerbanks Vacation” The condo felt home-like, very clean. The pool and beach areas were great. Take lots of lotion! Sitting out on the balcony was beautiful and very relaxing. If you like to cook, there are a couple of fresh seafood shops close. The ferry to Ocracoke was a fun day trip. Overall, this vacation was fantastic.

“Class of 2016 graduates of South County High School had a wonderful stay” I booked this condo for my son and 5 of his friends who wanted to celebrate their graduation from high school. Their reaction and comments were "really nice" and they kept saying "thank you" . Dealing with the property manager (Patrick) was 100% very helpful and honest as well. Would definitely recommend as a wonderful place to stay for family more so than students. Very family oriented. The boys wanted a little bit more action but on the whole they were very happy with it. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations and thank you to Patrick for all of his help in putting up with a paranoid mother of one of the students.

“Very nice, large, clean.” Very nice large bright place to stay. Very clean and well kept. Elevators were FAST! Only 4 units per floor, so we left the door open ALL the time, to get the sea breeze. Felt very safe. Included paper supplies and soaps. That was a plus from other condos I've stayed at. Building was very well kept, and lots of beach supplies in closet AND beachy stuff in garage by parking space in garage and they provide a garage door opener. Lots of bonus items, like blender, 2 types of coffee makers, spices for cooking, fans, extra bedding, and LOTS of towels. Really nice condo. Only negative is the keys. Keys for building, beach, condo itself. Everyone had to carry keys to go anywhere. Even if out to the gated pool, had to have a key to get back in.

“Great place!” This place is great! Close enough to walk to the main stripe if adventurous but far enough to relax. We enjoyed the pool, listening to the creek on the balcony and the great space to visit family. We would come back!
