“A great family getaway in a perfect location!” We had a wonderful stay in October at this updated, clean, spacious cottage. Our two children loved the layout with the bathroom connecting their bedrooms, and my husband and I appreciated the child-friendly, safe setting. It is rare to find such comfortable beds in a rental! The kitchen was well-equipped and modern. The hospitable nature of the owners was felt from the first phone contact to the small, but important details of providing extra linens, detergent and brochures of the area attractions for their guests. We loved the fact that we were only a 3 minute walk from the pool and playground and just a bit further to the beach. Renting bikes, along with the swimming in the pool and at the beach, kept us pleasantly busy, but did not prevent us from having the calm, family-oriented week which allowed us to re-connect. This is a cottage we definitely hope to visit again!

“Marvelous, Relaxing Place/Gracious Owner” I cannot say enough complimentary things about this condo, its location, its condition, and most of all its owner. We had checked with Susan, the owner, about renting one of her places. When she had a late cancellation of the beach condo, she called US. Gave us great price, great arrival/departure leeway, accepted numerous phone calls and was SO gracious each time. The location is great, the beach/weather was marvelous. Very easy trip to Historic Charleston. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely check with Susan FIRST!!

“Christmas in Charleston” Beautiful home! Exactly as advertised & conveniently located close to interstate I 25 , Daniel Island and Mount Pleasant. The owner was very responsive to my emails & helped to ensure that our stay was everything we expected. I would 100% book this home again!

“Very comfortable” Love the homeand the pool. Close to all atractions. Plenty of room for all my guests. The Boone plantation was great. Folly beach was beautiful, the harbor cruise was very nice and downtown Charleston was bery nice.

“Peaceful and serene” What a lovely place to spend the most perfect girls' weekend. The owners made it feel welcoming and comfortable, and the house felt very clean. The location was central: Minutes to downtown and several beaches.

“Relaxing location” The location is beautiful with great views of the marsh... lots of birds, crabs, turtles and also managed to see some dolphins. Both the house and the dock have beautiful views. We were not able to kayak because the currents seemed a little too strong for us, but can only imagine how pretty it would be. The house is nice and clean with all basic necessities.
