“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“GREAT PLACE TO STAY, CLAY COURTS AMAZING, POOLS AND HOT TUB PERFECT BIKING AND BEACH AWESOME.” We Love The Island it is a great place for families found an excellant church to worship at GRACE COMMUNITY. Biked everywhere grilled daily, loved the Clay courts for tennis. Beach was very close by, FACILITIES were decent and very clean. HOPE TO BACK NEXT YEAR.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. We really enjoyed grilling out and having cocktails on the huge screened in porch. It was close to everything. A special thanks to anna for being so helpful with her recommendations for shopping and dining. We look forward to coming back soon!

“Clean & Great Value” We had a wonderful time in Pawleys Island and the condo was terrific. It was spacious, open, comfortable and clean! The enclosed porch and view were spectacular. The unit was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and bath house the last day and again the whole facility was well manicured and clean; something very important to us.

“Marvelous, Relaxing Place/Gracious Owner” I cannot say enough complimentary things about this condo, its location, its condition, and most of all its owner. We had checked with Susan, the owner, about renting one of her places. When she had a late cancellation of the beach condo, she called US. Gave us great price, great arrival/departure leeway, accepted numerous phone calls and was SO gracious each time. The location is great, the beach/weather was marvelous. Very easy trip to Historic Charleston. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely check with Susan FIRST!!

“Very nice place.” All the amenities that you could ever need at the beach - nice indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room and short walk to the beach. We loved Coco's and great food. Lois

“Location is Great...but units are showing their age...” Shorewood is in a fabulous location on the ocean in S. Forest Beach with a terrific pool. The units are spacious and clean...but many are in need of updating. Functional... but all the kitchen drawers are in terrible shape - most don't open and close properly. Bathrooms are OLD but, again, functional. The beds and pillows - not comfortable. And judging from the print on the mattresses, probably original to the units from 1975. And the only reason we saw that print was because the sheets and mattress protectors are so old and worn that they would slip off the mattresses during the night. But...again ... it was what we expected. There are 3 TV's in the unit which is a bonus. And the view is very nice. We booked last minute so we didn't have the best pick of units as far as condition, but we did get a nice view which was more important than a more updated unit.

“Best condo yet.....” We always return to Ocean One due to its location and our wonderful experiences with the property. This unit has been our favorite so far. We will definitely return and hopefully be able to rent this unit again.

“Loved, loved, loved it!” Great vacation experience all around! Location absolutely cannot be beat! Close to beach, pools, shopping, restaurants, etc. our unit was very spacious, with everything one would want. Clean and comfy too. Reservations, check-in/out were super easy. Staff was friendly & helpful. One small maintenance item was quickly attended to (on Friday evening!). Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend it!

“Great location and clean unit” The location of this unit is great. The back gate is just outside the unit and the walk to the beach is an easy one. The walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach Park and the shopping plaza was very easy. It's about half a mile. The beach off Ibis St is quiet and not nearly as crowded as the beach at the Shipyard Plantation club house. The club house beach was great because of the restroom facilities and ability to rent chairs and an umbrella, but our family preferred the quieter beach access outside the back gate. Also, the pictures do not do this unit justice. It was much nicer than I expected. The unit was clean and quiet. Our week long stay was great.

“Well appointed & comfortable apartment home centrally located in” The apartment home, located on Ben Sawyer Blvd in Mount Pleasant SC, was centrally located to allow quick access to all of what Charleston has to offer! 10 minutes to downtown Charleston, Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms,& North Charleston. The apartment home itself was smartly appointed & the wood floors bring 'old world' charm. Its a 1 bedroom apartment home with Tv's in both the living room & bedroom. Cable included to both sets. Obviously, a full appointed kitchen. I must say, I really liked the shower head in the bathroom! This rental is perfect for 1-2 people.

“Outstanding Condo” We were very impressed with the condo from the minute we walked through the door. I feel like it is our home away from home and am looking forward to going back soon. The condo was VERY clean and had everything we needed to cook meals for our family, including a charcoal BBQ grill outside. The beds were extremely comfortable and the furniture looked brand new. We went to the beach during the day and to the pool and Jacuzzi in the evenings. There is a pool/jacuzzi across the street from the condo, which was very nice and then a bigger pool a short drive away. The residents we met at the pool were very nice and welcoming. We made use of the balcony to relax in the morning with a cup of tea and in the evening with a nice cold beverage. The True Blue grounds are nicely landscaped. We had previously stayed at other condos in the Myrtle Beach area, but we will never go back that way. This is way more laid back and not so commercial. Lots of local shopping spots, we liked BiLo supermarket, Bargain Beachwear, Quigley's for dinner (get the nachos) and definitely go to Surf The Earth. We did drive to Myrtle Beach - Broadway at the Beach for an evening of something different to do. I can't wait to come back for another visit. I highly recommend Mickey's condo for your family.

“Super Nice Place” Nice amenities and clean condo. I enjoyed the whirlpool bath and sauna. I really enjoyed my vacation on Hilton Head Island.

“Great Stay” Great pool and beach. Make sure to rent bikes. With 2 young kids and many beach items, it would be a long walk. The Villa was great. We enjoyed good food at Fresh Fields and many activities at Night Heron Park. Bohicket Marina had a yummy ice cream shop. Art is great to work with!

“Definitely "YES"” We stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 nights at the end of September. It is located in very nice and secured place. The view from screened porch was great. We spend a lot of time there. The condo was great prepared for guests. I was very happy to find this condo, because I had my mom visiting us from Europe.

“Perfect Mother's Day Weekend with my son” The location was only two blocks from the beach and has two pools onsite. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, there was even an infant float sun canopy that we used for our 18 month old grandson. It is also very conveniently located to multiple excellent shops and restaurants.

“wonderful! all the 4s should be 5 tablet trouble” We loved the island and the property. I would only note that the cleaning crew unloaded a trash bag of ours from the outside trashcan and left it in the street. We saw them do this as we checked out, but had to return our bikes. I would think the neighbors wouldnt be happy with their carelessness.

“Exceeded Our Expectations” We rented this condo for 5 nights starting on Labor Day. My husband and I arrived at the rental office early (1:15 pm) and we were able to move into the condo 30 minutes later. Seashore Vacations was great to work with. They were professional and very customer oriented and accommodating. The condo was very clean and had a remodeled kitchen and new living room furniture. The Master Bedroom overlooks the ocean and pool with its own balcony and 2 chairs. The main balcony is accessed through the Living Room and had seating for 6. We loved the ocean and pool views from both. The bathrooms looked like they too had been recently updated. They supplied enough paper products and soaps that the only thing we had to purchase was regular dish washing detergent. There was a ton of storage space throughout the condo. They even had chairs and floats for the ocean or pool. We did purchase an umbrella at the nearby Piggly Wiggly to use on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We liked the layout of the condo with the Kitchen and Living Room on one side and both bedrooms and bathrooms on the other side. The Master Bedroom had a huge closet and more hangers than we needed. The pool and ocean were both a short walk - the access to both were just off the elevator. The pool was right below our condo and the beach right beyond the pool. The beach was clean and big enough that we were never crowded. There were showers between the ocean and pool area to wash off sand. The pool was cleaned and treated every morning and was delightful! Housekeeping did a great job and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The only minor issue was the closet door in the foyer which was difficult to open and close (maybe because of all the sand - this was where the beach chairs and floats were stored). But this was really no big deal. We would definitely return to Ocean One and stay at Unit 409.

“Second Time Around” This was our 2nd stay at Ocean One 402. I am sorry to say this year the condo was the total opposite of last year in regards to cleanliness. We vacuumed as soon as we arrived and the furniture was thick with dust in every room. The bedspreads were very soiled, and carpet in living room was in dire need of scrubbing. Last year the place was immaculate.
