“Perfect Mother's Day Weekend with my son” The location was only two blocks from the beach and has two pools onsite. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, there was even an infant float sun canopy that we used for our 18 month old grandson. It is also very conveniently located to multiple excellent shops and restaurants.

“Definitely "YES"” We stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 nights at the end of September. It is located in very nice and secured place. The view from screened porch was great. We spend a lot of time there. The condo was great prepared for guests. I was very happy to find this condo, because I had my mom visiting us from Europe.

“What a great kitchen” What a great demonstration kitchen. One of our favorite memories is watching our family and friends cook. It was great to be able to sit at one of the bar chairs and watch whatever was being prepared in the kitchen. Loved that we could go to the beach with our 6 year old and it was such a quick walk. Even better when we got back and could jump in the shower in the bathhouse to rinse off. Loved every minute of it and can not wait to do it agian!!!

“Off season but a great time” Unit is great but understand it is a three story walk up. There is an elevator but it is very, very far away. Worked fine for us as both of us can always use a little more effort. Not too many amenities available in March.

“This is a first class rental.” We stayed at Sunny Dunes for one week for a girlfriend's get away. There were 10 women and everyone of us loved this home and location. Just a short walk to the beach and pool area. The golf cart path is ride off this property so very convenient to get to the beach. Inside the home is decorated lovely and we loved the screened in porches for early a.m coffee and late night conversations. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was such a treat. Comfortable furniture and large tables to seat our group. We would definitely rent this home again. The DeBordieu Colony is a pretty community and the staff is very friendly. The beach area is clean.

“Comfortable & roomy house!” The house was perfect for the 5 couples that stayed there. The roomy kitchen & formal dining room allowed us to prepare large meals for dinner. The house is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, spices (some houses don't even come with salt/pepper!), board games, bikes, and a basketball court. The front porch with rocking chairs and the back porch with a gas grill, Adirondack chairs and also a table and chairs was used frequently and was definitely appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for an early morning run or late evening walk. The distance from the beach was an exact 5 minutes and not bad at all. The beach is private which makes a nap or reading a long book an easy task to accomplish. Walks on the beach are wonderful due to the different architectural style of each beach front house. Had a great, relaxing vacation!

“Great Porches, Love the View” Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 406 Ocean anchor. We especially loved sitting on the porch in the evenings. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The elevator and the pool were much appreciated by the grandparents. One of the showers stopped working but it was no problem as a repairman appeared and fixed it within an hour of our call. Checking in and out could not have been easier. Overall, it was just a great family vacation at a great place.
