“Super will go again” Annual get together that has been to several places on Smith Mtn Lake with this being rated at the top. This was spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch that had super view of lake and plenty of room to accommodate all of our group. Plenty of dishes and accessories in the kitchen to cook and prepare whatever we wanted. With 5 bedrooms there is lots of sleep spots and privacy. Will go again.

“What a great, relaxing and fun time!” We had the best time, the view was great and the cabin was spectacular. “Quiet, comfortable, delicious, interesting and easy!” Quiet, tho we watched a movie and enjoyed the creek flow sounds; comfortable and pretty indoors and out; delicious organic goodies from the garden with tour; interesting to see and learn about the eco architecture; and super easy staying in or going to Bryson City or asheville. “Cocoa Beach” The Villa was awesome the owner Peter was great to deal with. Across the street from the beach it's a wonderful place walking distance to a few local things in Cocoa Beach my grandson's had a marvelous time and we will be renting from him again in the future I give it a 4 star rating

“My Family and myself really enjoyed our stay!” The house was very nice, I was impress with the house it was not brand new. My family and me really enjoyed our stay. The pool was a hit for the children. The upstairs game room was a hit for the men's. The ladies enjoy the kitchen. Our phones did not work in the house, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay, and will invite other members of the family to check it out. “Quiet Spacious Well Appointed Home” Central located in North Port in a quiet residential area between Naples and Sarasota with quick access to I -75 to allow easy access to many beaches, attractions and restaurants. The owner has thought of everything for a day out with the family at the beach including shell scoops to find that special seashell or prized shark tooth!! The house has a very well appointed kitchen, spacious pool area and a heated pool and hot tub. There is even a full office to keep up with any computer needs you may have. The Wifi is fast and efficient. Kurth we thank you for the use of your home and your hospitality even when you and your and family were on vacation overseas. “You have to see it...to believe it!!!! :)” My family and I had an AWESOME time at Marbella resorts!!! This was my first time booking through TripAdvsior and I must admit that I was a little skeptical at first (because I was paying an "unknown source!" I even called TripAdvisor to reassure myself that it wan't a scam! John (the owner of the unit) also reassured me that everything was fine! :) Upon arriving at our unit we were blown away with the neighborhood My kids couldn't wait for me to unlock the door and turn off the alarm!!! Their eyes glisten with excitement!!! The unit was GORGEOUS!!! Everyone scrambled to "find their room" while we toured the rest of the house! It was EVERYTHING (and more) that the site listed!!! The pictures did it no justice!!! Although we went to go to Disney the kids felt like staying at the house with their private pool was more enjoyable (and less crowded) ;) I can't thank John and his TripAdvisor for making our 1st family vacation a HUGE SUCCESS!!! We're DEFINITELY gonna make this a yearly thing!! Thanks again!!!

“Great place for a large group.” We had a large group and this house fit everyone. It was great having a washer & dryer for all of the towels. We also enjoyed having a pool. The house had everything you could possibly need plus it's a short walk to the beach.
