“Great cozy home away from home.” We stayed in the Orleans bungalo apartment on July 15-18. It felt like we were at home. The apartment had lots of character and charm. Loved sitting outside on the terrace watching the free entertainment across the street , was it called the ship wrecked bar? I especially loved beiing able to go to the back alley and washing clothes. (I hope it belonged to the cottages property, if not then oops!) We utilized the kitchen and the gas grill out back on the patio.Everything was great and this cottage had plenty of space for two families. We met my cousins from Texas in Flordia for a vaca. We drove from Oklahoma. The flat screens worked great. I have no complaints about this place. I just want to say to all you all snotty people leaving negative comments.... Quit complaining or find somewhere else to stay. What exactly do you think you are getting when you hear the word "cottages" it's not going to have a bell hop and a maid that cleans up your messes daily. Maybe some of you never lived in 100 year old homes and only used to a lavish lifestyle. Obviously you spent your time in doors. not us we were at the beach the majority of the day until almost 9pm every night. I enjoyed my stay there. It was a good 3 day stay for us despite the rainy weather. Yet we still had fun.

“Nice layout of home for a large group.” My family of 12 stayed at this home in Clearwater Beach. We really liked the layout of this home, since there were so many of us. There was everything we needed for this stay already included in the rental. Belloise Realty was great to work with and stayed in communication through text/email whenever needed. The neighborhood was great, and it was so close to the beach, which was so nice. Everything was nearby, but yet, far enough from the house. It was a nice quiet area. We would stay again.

“great house” stayed at paradise palms in march 2012 great location . enjoyed north beach away from the crowds. patty's staff were great and prompt for any needs you might have. would highly recommend this house for families because the beach is not crowded .

“Great Location - Great Tume!” Love the house...it was equipped with everything we needed. Best of all it was so very close to the beach! Loved the cookies...what a great welcome! We will be back!

“Great family vacation home!” We went with my parents 85 & 86 years old for their anniversary. My brother and his family of four, my other brother, and my family of five all stayed. It was very roomy and open. Clean, but just some of the cupboards in the kitchen needed a little TLC, which I didn't mind doing because the place was so nice. Pool was awesome, and clean. loved that it was salt water. We liked the fact that someone from the reality actually stopped by our first day to make sure everything was alright. One of the futon's was a little hard, but we just switched beds. The only other thing was a visit from a pretty good sized Palmetto bug. There was bug spray which handled it fine.It's Florida! Would go back, and thinking of it again. Loved it!

“Great location, great condo, great price!” My family loved staying at bay harbor 302! The location was perfect, only a short 3-4 min walk to the pristine beaches. The condo was impeccable and much bigger than the pictures suggest. I cooked a lot of meals there and never did I lack anything I needed. The cooking skillets could have used an upgrade but they did the job. The bathrooms and kitchen were very up to date and clean. The bedrooms were a great size. The view from the balcony was wonderful and there was always a breeze when enjoying morning coffee or after dinner drinks. There were so many amazing restaurants within walking distance as well as great "touristy" shops. The reserved parking was great and we felt secure with having a gate at the entrance which required a code, The lobby door requiring a code, and a code for our condo door. Clearwater Beach Rentals were very accommodating and when we asked if we could check in a few hours early they made it happen. Everyone was very kind and we definitely plan on booking through them again. All in all our stay was wonderful!
