“Quiet, comfortable, delicious, interesting and easy!” Quiet, tho we watched a movie and enjoyed the creek flow sounds; comfortable and pretty indoors and out; delicious organic goodies from the garden with tour; interesting to see and learn about the eco architecture; and super easy staying in or going to Bryson City or asheville. We totally enjoyed it and meeting Linda!

“Fabulous Experience” My husband and I are looking for a place to unwind and breathe in the fresh air. We need serenity from the urban life style two professionals endure. We are amazed at this beautiful home and all the amenities it provides.This house and the guest home is built and furnished with incredible taste. A keen eye for every detail is evident upon the entry of this home. The view...wow, the view of San Jose at night is absolutely breathtaking. This is a home and a trip to Grecia, Costa Rica that will forever be close to our hearts. I suggest anyone visit this outstanding estate...that is, if we purchase it first!

“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. “Super will go again” Annual get together that has been to several places on Smith Mtn Lake with this being rated at the top. This was spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch that had super view of lake and plenty of room to accommodate all of our group. Plenty of dishes and accessories in the kitchen to cook and prepare whatever we wanted. With 5 bedrooms there is lots of sleep spots and privacy. Will go again.

“Family vacation in aruba” My wife, one year old son and I had a great vacation at the condo. The service from the team was exceptional from the time we confirmed our travel plans - with help on car rental, babysitting, crib, high chair, etc. The condo was beautiful with plenty of space to relax comfortably and give our son his own room. Early evenings on the balcony watching the sunset could not have been more relaxing. The location of the condo was very central - across the street from Eagle Beach, short drive to downtown and Palm beach. Ideal for seeing the different areas of the Island. It was definitely useful to have a car so that we can make trips to the grocery store or around the island.

“Beautiful views, well-maintained property, and secure location” My husband and I stayed at the Oceania Condos for a week and were happy with our choice. The property is very clean, safe, and well maintained. The studio is on the third level and has awesome views of the pool and Eagle Beach (even better than the photos); thus, we spent plenty of time on our balcony! We also enjoyed the pool area, which is surrounded by sand and looks great at night with the changing colors. The beach is right across the street, so it was convenient to enjoy both the pool and ocean. There is also an outdoor shower and plenty of lounge chairs/huts. We never had a problem with overcrowding (like the high-rise area). The condo itself was quite spacious for a studio. The kitchen had a stove top, coffee maker, and toaster, so we were all set for breakfast and lunch. The walk-in closet area was nice with build-in closets/drawers and the bathroom/shower was clean and big. We also enjoyed the gym, meeting room, and pool facilities (outdoor shower and restrooms). It was nice not having to go back to your room while at the pool/ocean. The condo also had plenty of extra towels, sheets, and pillow cases. My only advice is to bring your own pillows, as the pillows provided are very hard. Also, the queen bed has a very firm mattress, which only suits certain individuals. Lastly, the Prestige staff members, including Rachel and Toine, were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. They were waiting for us when we arrived and promptly answered our questions while we were on the island. They also helped us with rental car reservations and dining choices. We'll definitely stay at this property again!

“Perfect vacation, better than imagined” This was the most amazing trip I have taken. The beaches were beautiful, weather always perfect. Toine was so helpful and friendly-very accessible and accommodating. Check in and out was fast. No long lines, no hassel. The condo unit was better than imagined: pretty, clean, modern, comfortable. It had more than I could ask for: appliances, dishwasher. I felt like I was at "home" on vacation in paradise. It was better than any hotel. The condo and beach were quiet, well kept, peaceful. It was better than being at a resort where there are too many people around and very noisy. I loved how the condo was on the beach, nothing is better than having breakfast looking at the beautiful ocean and ending each night with a different sunset. We were within walking distance to many restaurants, which was so convenient. Toine's list of restaurants was so helpful! Ivan-our cab driver was honest and sweet. I was so sad when our trip ended but was already planning on coming back. We are even considering buying a vacation condo. The entire vacation was perfect, nothing negative to say

“Perfect aruba vacation home” The absolute Luxury Two-bedroom condo - Bc254 is the perfect condo for anyone wanting a perfect home away from home. Everthing was even better than the pictures showed. The location and views was just perfect. Everyone associated with the condo went up and above to make our stay the best in the world. The owner of this condo has wonderful taste. We will be back in the future.

“We had a wondeful time!” The condo was amazing! It was very nicely decorated and we had 4 of us stay there and we were not tripping over each other. The view from the private deck was absolutely beautiful! We will definately rent again and go through Prestige Vacations. Raquel was amazing and she helped us with everything we needed.
