Dreamview Villa on Fiji's Stunning Suncoast. Re-opening 1st Nov 2017.

Rakiraki villa

2 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / sleeps 6

“great” I spent beautiful time with my spiritual Master and yoga friends. It was divine in all aspects. Everything went so smoothly. Stuff is really very kind and helpful. The villas are clean and modern with a decent kitchen, dining, and living area. The view out over the water from the villa was spectacular and breathtaking. I wish to go back :) dr. “Beautiful self contained accommodation” our party included a man in a wheelchair, the house is not only spacious and cleverly designed, it is also wheelchair accessible. The views are priceless, the fresh breeze delightful. Ramesh met us and had curry for our arrival, the rest of the time we self catered with the delectable fresh fruit and veg from Sigatoka. The lagoon is great for swimming and snorkeling, the locals are friendly and helpful. Best to have a car, as most destinations are some distance away. We spent lots of time wandering along the beach or exploring the local townships. Everything you need is in the kitchen and the DVD collection is good for winding down in the evenings.

“Absolute Paradise!” I was currently travelling the world at the time when my partner came out to Fiji to see me from the UK. It was a journey and a half for him- but it was totaly worth it. This place is so special and has the perfect balance of feeling luxury and having all the home comforts that you would need. The property has so much character, completely one of a kind. I really couldnt fault this place, and the memories of staying will stay with us both forever. Thanks Brad & Theresa who helped make our visit once of a lifetime! x

“Bularangi - Second time around, somehow even better than the first!!” Bularangi is amazing! As we were returning guests we knew what to expect and were not disappointed! Awesome house, amazing views, amenities, million dollar position and extremely relaxing. 1 week is not just not enough. 6 of us stayed this time, my mother, my wife, our two daughters and our grandson (who learnt to swim in 3 days in the lovely pool). Kamlesh and Manju can't do enough to help, they make your stay that much better and are extremely friendly too. We hire a car from Nadi which gives us the flexibility to explore the area. The drive from Nadi is an easy 2.5 to 3 hours and you get to see the beautiful country side and ocean all the way. Thank you Ali and Baz for your foresight in building such an amazing house in a beautiful location! Barry and Sonja

“Second Stay...still perfect!” This was our second stay at this wonderful hide away. Everything was again, just perfect. The children had a great time, we were spoilt by the staff and Patrick the owner. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was as perfect as the first. This is the only place to stay in Fiji. Private, great value for money and nothing was too much trouble. We have booked again for our third stay next year.....can't wait!

“Amazing place and amazing hosts” I stayed here with my two children - ages 7 and 11. Karen and Edward are amazing hosts and, while living just up the drive, left us to do our own thing - but were also available to answer any questions or give advice. The beach is fun and safe and it's just a short walk along the beach to the jetty and Jean-Michel Cousteau's which we were able to use for jumping off into the sea and for snorkelling. Savusavu is a hidden gem in Fiji and I recommend anyone thinking of a Fiji holiday to include it in their itinerary... and if they do, to stay in one of the places offered by Karen and Edward.

About Fiji

Fiji is known as a picture-perfect paradise. The breathtaking beaches, beautiful blue waters, and exquisite ocean views and mountain vistas in Fiji cannot be beat. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy a number of activities including hiking, biking, diving, snorkeling, canoeing, and more. Nature lovers will relish seeing all of the lush surroundings and the exotic species you can find here. For those who enjoy arts and culture, Fiji has plenty of both to take in as well as excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The Fiji surf is simply spectacular and many travelers looking to experience the links here find that Fiji golf is some of the world's best. Fiji is a dream vacation destination with something for every type of traveler to enjoy. For this reason, it is becoming increasingly popular to have a Fiji wedding or go on a Fiji honeymoon.

Some of the sights you will definitely want to see include:

  • Navala Village: The beautiful surroundings and breathtaking views of the highlands are well worth the trip. There are homes here built in the traditional island style of bamboo and thatch. Guests can enjoy a traditional yaqona ceremony too.
  • Yasawa Islands: This chain of islands is a great area to enjoy beach hopping. There are plenty of great spaces to stretch out and relax here as well as a number of boats and catamarans in the area that travelers can rent for an afternoon.
  • Navua River: Nature lovers will find a trip to this waterway very inspiring. Here you can travel from the rainforests to nearby villages and see all of the wildlife and natural beauty firsthand. Guests can ride on a motorized canoe or traditional bamboo raft.
  • Nananu-i-Ra Island: Situated off the northern coast of Viti Levu, this small island features some of the best sheltered beaches full of undersea creatures.
  • The Historic Coral Coast: In between all of the beautiful beaches that make up Fiji, there is also a significant amount of history to be found. Highlights include the Nakabuta Pottery Village, the Sigatoka Sand Dunes, and the Tavuni Fort.
  • Bouma National Park: The tropical rainforest situated in Taveuni's northern section is an exquisite sight to see and a spectacular mountain range serves as a beautiful backdrop.

A vacation rental in Fiji is just as unforgettable as you can imagine. Nothing beats making yourself at home in this picture-perfect slice of paradise!

Villa Takali
Fiji's best piece of private paradise!

For starters our trip was last minute, as in I booked it the day before arrival. The owner and staff went out of their way to get it ready for us and given the size of the property this is no small task. Upon arrival the staff was beyond helpful, friendly and made us feel more than welcome throughout our stay. Each suite is set up to be its own private sanctuary. A property of this magnitude was an unexpected delight as I found nothing else even close in comparison. Villa Takali in itself would be reason enough to travel to Fiji. Thanks again for incredibly hospitality!see more
Tides Reach Resort, All Inclusive
Excellent

We left Tides today with some sadness in that all good things must come to end. Over many years I have stayed at a lot of resorts in Fiji; Vomo, Tokoriki, Cousteau, Paradise Cove, Treasure, Plantation, Castaway, etc.. What pleased me so much was that Tides is right up there with the best and I would say in some aspects “The best”. Your attention to spacious furniture, layout, room space, beautiful bath area, bedding, walk in robe & consideration of the little things – makes the accommodation certainly the best (better than Vomo). I was highly impressed. Meals- very good- good selection, good choices, good flexibility to change if required. I would have said “excellent” if not for the last 2 days, where the chicken on 2 occasions was a bit well overcooked and dry. But I am being picky and 7 days at 3 meals a day + desserts x 2 , being 33/35 meals provided at very high quality – is excellent in itself. The beach, the view is outstanding, the activities you also offer are great options. But what brings it all together is the people - importantly the team of people you have – George, William, Maria, Rosalina, Nui, Sika, etc….top notch and “real people you can trust”. I will be back, highly impressed and LOVED IT.see more
Vakaviti Kalokalo - Fijian Star
Home away from home

This is an an excellent find on the Coral Coast. From the booking process, to the service provided by the staff, it was a wonderful experience. It is close to supermarket, servo, restaurant, bottle shop. There is also a hire car in the servo if you want to explore the area. Fresh fruits and vegies are abundant in little road side markets and if you need a fe luxuries, there is the Naviti resort and Hideaway resort where you can purchase some last minute things like sensible shows to wear to the waterfall at Biausevu. However, I recommend you pack this yourself when you travel as they are at resort prices. Sigatoka is 20 minutes away if you want something else that the local supermarket doesnt stock but you wont need to. You are treated like royalty here away from the hustle and bustle of busy resorts. Take advantage of having a lovo cooked meal by Lolo the housekeper, her husband who is a chef at the Warwick resort and the gardner. Most delicious meal and I would recommend you do the shopping for this yourself. Ask Lolo for what to buy. Lolo also cooked us amazing Fijian meals. She really is a gem. I recommend this for a quite laid back holiday.see more

When you need a break and want to just relaxx and unwind then Fiji is a great option. We had no idea how true that was until our stay at wonderful Bularangi Villa. Such an outstanding location and accommodation and only minutes walk to Wananavu resort where they will welcome you too. Villa Mokusiga Private Beachfront Villa with Chef options
You will not regret staying here

We spent 6 nights in this awesome villa. Shaan, Jess and all the staff were brilliant. The villa has the best setting right on the beach with an great view and very sheltered. We took advantage of the chef prepared meals and would definitely recommend you try these restaurant quality meals in your villa. On the last night had the local lovo dinner prepared in the garden - really yummy. We also booked in for a couple of in-Villa massages by Wati, this was a highlight of our stay. We used the free kayaks at the villa and explored the sheltered waters inside the reef. Shaan arranged for us to visit a local village with a gentle 30 min walk to a waterfall where we had a swim. We have snorkelled in Samoa, Vanuatu and the offshore islands of Fiji previously and this was the best. There an amazing variety of beautifully coloured fish right off the beach. We highly recommend this accommodation as compared to resort stays and the personal service of all the staff makes it stand out. We had an amazingly relaxing holiday and we would love to return.see more
